For 1 night and it was really nice. I had a view of the pool and the bed was so comfy and tub was so big I really enjoyed that. The breakfast was super delicious. Really nice place to stay!

The property was as described but with an exaggerated mark up. The room was big with lots of unused space. Dance floor space. It was clean but definitely a 2/3 star hotel. The place had a cold feeling.

Great hotel. Higly recommended for those who dont like people cleaning up your room. Very clean decor is outdated but in great condition. Great customer service and fitness room is mainly cardio machines.

Great suites with comfy King bed. Stayed on 2nd floor nearly empty. Went to sleep at 9 am to catch a 6 am plane. Sound asleep until at 11 pm got woke up by ethnic husband and wife shouting obscenities to each other which woke up their kid and he started crying. Took us 2 hrs to get back to sleep. Why don't they spread late comers away from others instead of putting them next to adjoining suites when they have so many empty rooms to choose from? A real bad experience. Management think on your guests before grouping everyone on one wing. Terrible experience. Pretty tired at 4 am wakeup.

A long weekend in LA to watch the WS. Chose the area as Ontario Airport is just in front. Easy to rent a car and close to the I-10. On weekends the traffic it´s acceptable. Hotel prices reasonable considering how expensive CA is now. Breakfast included, not so bad. Good coffee.

Paid extra on Hotels.com for an upgraded room which is listed as a double king room and when i checked in the attendant said that they only had a standard room. Also this hotel needs remodeling. Filthy curtains, stained carpet, parking was insufficient, and the front desk person was not helpful with anything. On top of that after checking in giving my credit card for incidental expenses my credit card company informed me that there were fraudulent purchases made on that card.

Front desk guy was not polite at all on late Wednesday night shift. Seemed to be upset and showed attitude. Hotel seemed to have creepy men eyeing. I would not recommend for ladies at all. Be careful. I kept having men stare at me especially while eating breakfast in the kitchen area.

3rd time staying here. And one of the main reasons no one ever mentions is the parking Lots of parking never had issue finding a spot and yes that includes being a hoe and leaving passed midnight and still able to find a parking spot. Rooms are very spacious and clean. To me the beds are too soft but ok know people like that. No patios and the room windows open slightly, less than half way. Front office and their service was great. I will be back.

I recently stayed at the Azure Hotel & Suites, Trademark Collection by Wyndham in Ontario, and was thoroughly disappointed with the breakfast service. The lady serving breakfast was unfriendly, unapproachable, and seemed utterly disinterested in ensuring guests had a pleasant dining experience. Unwelcoming Atmosphere: Walking into the breakfast area felt like entering a cold, unforgiving space. The server's demeanor was curt and dismissive, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued guest. Lack of Basic Courtesies: Simple greetings, smiles, or offers of assistance were nonexistent. Requests for refills or additional items were met with reluctance and hesitation. Unpleasant Interactions: When I politely asked for a refill on my coffee, the server sighed audibly and slowly made her way to the coffee station. The tension was palpable. Consistency Issues: Unfortunately, this wasn't an isolated incident. As a frequent guest, I've encountered this same server's unfriendliness multiple times. Hotel, Take Note: While the front desk staff were exceptional, the breakfast server's attitude and behavior fell far short of expectations. A warm, inviting breakfast experience sets the tone for the day. I hope the hotel will address this issue to provide a more comprehensive, enjoyable stay. Suggestions: Provide customer service training for breakfast staff. Ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Address consistency issues. Highlights: Friendly front desk staff Comfortable rooms

We stayed at Azure because my son and I attended the creep.I.e con down the street and your hotel was convenient for the night. The room was awesome, very clean, comfortable, and convenient. I know we will book our stay for next year. Thank you!

Very nice room, with upscale decor throughout the hotel. Had our breakfast in a very nice courtyard in the morning. Amenities were more than expected.

Solid experience and stay!

I can't completely blame the hotel because past stayers probably caused the hotel to button up on on wasteful things. Regarding the breakfast, though very quality but they had to limit certain things. Once again it was probably to prevent high waste

I had a bit of a problem with the fact that I didn’t have a major credit card with $100 deposit but the staff was very kind and considerate. My kids had a very good experience at the hotel. I give it a 10 out of 10.

Excellent location, clean, safe easy access to airport or local hospitals convention centers. Compared to other local prices incredible value for the money. The lobby is absolutely lovely and relaxing I didn't use any of the other facilities but my room was large well appointed and the bed was so comfortable!! I would definitely stay here again!

I think this hotel must have been really something special in its prime. The ornate fireplace with the green tile in the expansive lobby is very beautiful. However, this hotel gives off a keep your distance vibe. There are no comfy couches in front of the fireplace for places for conversation and relaxation. From the moment a guest enters the property they are met with NO signs.The room we occupied was on the 3rd floor. It was relatively quiet,with a view of the fountain with green water in the courtyard. The room was spacious.We had a mini-fridge and small microwave. There is a one cup at a time coffee maker. The room has an ironing board, iron, small hairdryer and safe. We did not use these items. The aircon worked very well and was not loud. The bedside lamps have usb ports and outlet which were very handy. The king size bed was mostly comfortable but I’m glad we brought our own pillows.The room though, has seen better days. The carpet is very worn. The tub has been repaired and the caulk has gone black. The sink had an ornate faucet with a wobbly cold tap. There is a problem with the bed linens and towels. Some of them have brown marks which I’m calling rust because the alternative is vile. The dinner options are sandwiches or salads. This is not a restaurant. The breakfast has someone plating up the eggs, sausage and potatoes. There is cold cereal, bread for toast and sometimes oatmeal. This is not a breakfast buffet.The website is misleading. We would not stay again.

As I was getting ready to take a shower the faucet came off and shot across the shower. I had to check out without taking a shower. We ran out of toilet paper in our room. We were only given 2 towels and no wash cloths. The free breakfast was very limited and basic. Hot food was lukewarm at best. Staff in dining area were not very friendly. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

You have to give a $100 deposit and they have the nervous to want to keep it if your room is left dirty my room was dirty from the start and they had the worst breakfast at a hotel never again and don't let me forget they had roaches

It was a nice place to stay for 2 single women. We feel comfortable and safe
