Easy acces to everything

The views of the city are great! Very spacious suite. Nice clean shower and restroom. The bed was very comfortable.

The rooms are unkempt, the carpets are dirty, the doors don't close properly. We had always stayed at the Crystal, it had been a year or two since we had been there, but this time we came back, honestly it was only because we didn't have another reservation available elsewhere, but it leaves a lot to be desired, even the price is quite high to be sleeping in a bed where the sheets are torn. The towels were poorly washed and all untidy, it's horrible. I think they should pay more attention to that, but the staff and the people who clean, at least the one who took care of our room, was always very kind, Mrs. Romy.

Location! Location! Location! Everything was in walking distance

The property is well located and within minutes of almost everything.

I was in Monterrey for a business trip an chose this hotel at the very last minute. Waw a great choice. Ideally located, easy to access, has a valet parking that is free when you are Platinum with Expedia and the room upgrade was no joke, I ended up in a huge suite with 180 view with windows from floor to ceiling. Deco and terminations are a bit outdated and the breakfast buffet a bit pricey, but no big deal.

Very convenient for shopping dinning in the hotel or nearby restaurant. Some Weekends they have outside entertainment offered by city.

Excellent location

Location is great, staff is great, hotel room was nice. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was really nice but unfortunately the AC didn’t work at all and I was sweating all night and barely got any rest. Other than that, it was a nice stay in a good are with good views. Would stay again, as long as the AC is working lol

Worst hotel ever! DIRTY!!

Rooms are ok. They lacked bathroom amenities. Bed pillows need more variety (soft or firm). There was no coffee maker. TV was ok. Bed covers were nice (new). Room flooring was clean. Front desk staff was not as welcoming (more concerned about letting us know no external alcohol is permitted). Generally speaking an ok place to stay, not the unforgettable type.

Staff was friendly and accommodating

Stay was goods. The restaurant more or less. They keep half of it closed. They made me get up from my table because my table was for 4, just in case they got party of 4. I noticed they were doing that to all couples and singles. It just made me feel uncomfortable. Why not just open access the rest of the restaurant?

My flight was delayed by 12 hours. I called and notified the hotel. Marisol was really kind to note that , they didn’t cancel my Since I did come in late for check-in Will definitely stay there again
