Decent hotel! Make sure to ring the door bell if you go out because they lock up early and your key wont get you into the hotel. If you go out early same thing you have to wait for someone to wake up and let you out!

Very accommodating. Didn’t speak English but we used the Google translate app and they worked with us. Helped us order food after curfew/lockdown at 8pm. Def recommend

Amazing service. But this hotel is in great disrepair. It is extremely loud- you can hear the folks in the kitchen in the morning and evening. The mirrors were faded, the room door didn’t open easily as the handle was broken. The bed was fine, but the bathroom smelled awful and though it was clean, it was in disrepair with tiles kissing in the shower and holes in the walls.

The hotel is located in the center of the city very close to the main church and all of the downtown restaurants. It is also very close to the volcanic baths. The hotel room was spotlessly clean. They also have FREE on-site parking, which was very nice because there is absolutely no free parking in the area where this hotel is located because of its downtown location.

Late check in without any problem. The room was clean and comfortable.

Only thing we did not like is they locked us out at night time....and very noisy...school across the street and busy road no screens on window and no A/C had to keep window open for fresh air....breakfast was ok...

Great location, close to "the action" but a couple of blocks from the noise. Easy to walk to the hot springs. Only complaint is that there were two pillows covered with shams that weren't especially clean. There were no pillows with pillowcases that were changed daily with the sheets.

Nice rooms and good location for walking around Banos.

The hotel is situated very centrally in Banos, it is just a couple of minutes to the centre. The rooms are spacious. Big parking lot in the back of the hotel.

Fantastic location! Next the thermal waters,, 1 block from the basilica. A mountain bike rental next door. View of a waterfall from by my bedroom. Great full breakfast! Bedroom was very clean, but bathroom smelled of mold.

We are self touring areas of Ecuador. Banos being a town chosen for the hot springs. This hotel being simple, basic & clean. Busy street with school yard nearby. Was glad we had white noise machine for sleep. Walking distance to hot spring bath house.

Renovations were going on during our stay.

Nice location but there was no internet conection

I wad so looking forward to this hotel! I had been stayong on hostels and was anxious for a hotel which supposedly should cater somewhat to the clients. This hotel was a disappointment! The staff were not the least bit interested in trying to understand my limited Spanish. I used my map and tried to ask where there were restaurants nearby the park and they pointed me to their dining room and said "no pizza". I asked did they speak any English even poquito.. they said no and looked away! The cleaning staff came second day at 8:45 at night and I assume wanted to clean my room but who knows ! The location is not as depicted nor did I get a quiet room that I requested. There is a huge construction yard across the corner which started work grinding and banging at 6 am and one day/night ran 22 hours until 4:30 am!!! Yes am! Also right across the street is a grafiti plastered concrete wall that surrounds a school soccer field! Not quite the location suggested in the Booking.com ads! They wanted to charge $3 per k to do laundry when a local laundry service asked $0.80 per kilo.. There are plenty of other places to go on cleaner streets and close to resturants and parks and shops. For less money!

My daughter got a little stomach ache and the staff gave us a tea with out any charge, to us thats was very kind
