I'll go back to that hotel again!

The quality at this hotel far exceeded my expectations. I'll probably stay here again next time I visit Bergen, it was very convenient to catch my 6am flight with the 2 minute walk to the airport.

Apart from the contact less check in everything was OK. The check in machine was asking me for a reservation number, which I hotels.com did not provide. Luckily enough someone eventually came to reception, although she said she had finished work, even though it was before 11pm which was when I was advised I could check in till. Comfy beds, double windows so soundproofed from outside noise, although could hear doors closing down corridor, not terrible loud. Really good breakfast and just 5 mins walk from airport

It was a three minute walk from the airport. Very close to all transportation into the city. The breakfast was amazing!

Tiniest double room ever and minimal comfort items. Only one pillow and one towel per person, no wash cloths. No ice available. 2 small drinking glasses. I will say that the proximity to the airport was outstanding.

Great stay at the comfort hotel. Very basic - but comfortable and efficient! My only reason for giving 4 stars is because 1) short on towels in the rooms 2) no conditioner, body lotion or bathroom/shower basics & 3) breakfast was mediocre (but included!) Overall great stay if you need something convenient to BGO!

Clean, good hotel with excellent breakfast and an onsite reasonable restaurant. Our only issue is that we wanted to drop our bags off and then return our rental car, but even just to park for about 20 minutes to do that they charged us for parking!

Very convenient location to walk to Bryggen (5-10 min walk). Also, we were able to walk, with our luggage, to the dock - Hurtigruten - where our cruise started.

We arrived after midnight, but wasn’t a problem checking in and we were given late checkout. The room itself was clean and the bed was pretty comfy. Only complaint would be breakfast. It finishes at 0930 which is very early for a breakfast finish. Also the selection wasn’t great. I’ve stayed at a Comfort Hotel in Copenhagen and the breakfast was far superior. There was no pastries or anything like that

This hotel was fantastic! It is right across the street from the airport, an easy 5 minute walk. Check in and check out were quick and easy, with helpful and kind staff. The hotel was so quiet, you would never guess it was by an airport. The shower was great, and the beds were super comfortable. I love that the hotel has a focus on sustainability. Breakfast started at 4:30am, do we got to eat before our 7 am flight, and the food was incredible. We are vegan, and we happily surprised by the number of vegan options (amazing chia pudding and overnight oats, tons of fresh and pickled vegetables, hummus and incredible bread), and the quality of the food served. I wish we could have stayed more nights at this hotel, it was a great stay at a great price.

2 min walk to the airport and such a wonderful breakfast. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Definitely recommend if you have an early flight and want to be close to the airport.

No Wi-Fi in the room .. our room was the last room on the floor, had to sit in lobby for browsing which had excellent Wi-Fi, else excellent rooms, great gym, very good breakfast spread and grand lobby with free coffee, sparkling as well as regular chilled water ..24/7 Would return but a request to the management to get the Wi-Fi sorted in most distant rooms on all floors

Super comfortable and convenient stay after late arrival into Bergen. Staff were very friendly and quick and we especially liked the gluten free options at breakfast.

Quick overnight stay before 06:30 flight. Great location and 04:30 breakfast provided. 2 minute walk to airport.

Check in took over 5 hours. We were earlier than the 3 pm time, but even though we were in the lobby for over 5 hours, they told us we were not a priority - one room for 2 people. And they didn't even let us know when a room was ready. I had to ask again. There is NOTHING near the hotel, except the Airport. No shuttle into Bergen and a taxi cost of over $80 each way was prohibitive. Onsite dinner options were very limited and extremely expensive. We walked to the airport, which is small with few options, but had a pizza and beer vendor. Location to airport and included breakfast are great. Everything else is 'do it yourself'.

Everything at this hotel was great. The lobby area was great. Staff was awesome. Hotel building was clean and modern. Room was spacious and clean. The only things I didn’t like as much was the breakfast. The dishes weren’t all clean. Plates of different sizes were being stacked in the same place which looked not professional and not right. Breakfast choices were somewhat limited too compared to other places. If this hotel can improve its breakfast, it could become a 4-star hotel.

Beds very small and uncomfortable. Room lacks any sort of climate control making it incredibly hot. Staff unhelpful and rude.
