Room was dirty dishes werent washed properly, bathroom stank of urine for our whole stay blankets also stunk of cigarette (even though the cabins are no smoking) just really disappointing overall would have rather spent my money elsewhere

We stayed for just a single night on a drive back from Sydney to Brisbane.
The deluxe cabin was absolutely amazing! Lots of space and excellent condition. Arranged for late arrival by phone in the morning, but ended up just arriving before office closed.
We expect to return again bringing our caravan as we didn’t get to explore a whole lot due to pouring weather.

Tidy compact cabin that was great for what I needed it for. The park feels safe and secure and all obeyed speed limits. Bed was comfy and the interior felt well insulated, cabin was clean but with normal wear and tear and an oldish tiny bathroom thats possibly soon due for a reno but does the job. I found mobile reception patchy (optus) and wifi slow, just for anyone else needing to work while there.

The accomodation inside the property was fantastic. On the outside the was a fire place not functioning, the BBQ didn’t work(we did get maintenance to have a look and they managed to get a section of the BBQ working) and no outside lights were working. We did mention this to the office on the way out and they were defensive and not very polite when these were raised.
The disappointing thing about it all was is that they knew about the issues. They contacted us during the week about our checkin details and could have explained these things. Even when we checked in they still did not mention the issues.
There was nothing on the details when we booked through hotels.com either to allow us to make a decision either.
The park it’s self is great, the accommodation was fantastic it was just disappointing that we paid good money and were let down by these few things that could have easily been communicated by many people with plenty of opportunities.

We loved our short but sweet stay at South West Rocks. The lady that greeted us when we arrived & left was so lovely. It’s close to town.
The grounds and cabin were clean and well kept.
They have amazing amenities.
We are already planning our trip back for when our 6 month old is a bit older and can play in the water😍

Loved one way traffic, peaceful with wildlife roaming so close, whole area was clean and tidy. Only disappointment was no fresh towels during our 5 day stay and no replenishment of coffee/tea. No biggy though and looking forward to next time we visit.

The park is on a river which is nice. It has a boat ramp and fish cleaning facilities which is handy. It was also very clean. My biggest gripe is the room sizes. I was in a two bedroomed cabin but we had to walk sideways at the bottom of the bed as there was so little room. There was also insufficient room in the bedroom for a suitcase which had to be left in the lounge.

The cabin was nice and clean. Very comfy bed with warm doona. It’s useful to have a full sized fridge and stove.
Access to the free wifi was a bit hit and miss, but that could be standard for the area.
I received an email after business hours on the evening prior to our booking, stating I hadn’t paid for the cabin. I discussed this with the staff upon arrival. Apparently any money paid to Wotif prior to the arrival date isn’t credited to Ingenia until the first day of the booking. This is stressful and confusing. Surely there is a better way for the transfer of payment to take place.

The cabin was perfect for our needs. Very clean and well appointed.
The park facilities were extensive and all immaculate. The river behind with pelicans and a boat ramp and fishing were a plus. As was being able to walk to town.

We booked a spa cabin for 8 days the location was central to everything you needed. The cabin was was clean and comfortable just with the second bedroom was a bit small for my 16 yr old daughter. It would have been good with two single beds. You have to buy washing up detergent as what they gave us was not worth much didn’t clean the dishes well.
The cabin was over looking the water but half way though our stay caravans came and blocked our view. But it was a great fishing spot. We will be back in your future. Thank you ☺️

We had a lovely weekend, despite the absolute pour down… it cleared up for a bit and the kids loved the pool with the waterslide: the three bedroom cabins are so new and amazing. Unfortunately our two tvs didn’t work the whole time. Maybe it was cause of the rain, receptionist was so great and apologetic. Maybe I should’ve rang them about it. But I didn’t: not to worry! Would love to stay here again.

We had issues with German cockroaches in our cabin. There was dead bugs along the paneling of the walls, urine on and under the toilet seat.
The fan in the bathroom didn’t work well as it was clogged with dust and the smoke alarm had a malfunction and went off at random times (we didn’t do any cooking).
A very steep price for very poorly cleaned and maintained cabin.
