The hotel was absolutely first class. I loved the paintings and the decor throughout.
The breakfast also, was first class.
The lots if extra touches made our stay so special.

I only stayed for one night but wish it could have been longer. Room was beautiful and I loved all the little touches. Highly recommend and would jump at the chance to stay again.

Absolutely stunning room with so many nice touches to it. The host (David) was an absolute pro, made sure we had everything we needed and more - kinda funny too. Possibly the best place I’ve place I’ve stayed overnight. Oh and he makes an excellent breakfast.

We checked in to The Townhouse in not the best of circumstances -- we had just been involved in a near-accident coming from Balmoral where we were almost hit head-on in a stretch of very narrow road in the Highlands, and my nerves were extremely frayed to say the least. David did his best to put us at ease, which was very difficult indeed for me, and my night was not a restful one because of the damage to our rental vehicle. Breakfast was thoroughly planned-out and delicious, with David cooking away in the small kitchen just off the dining room, which made it feel like we were in someone's private home and not a B&B. I do wish I had been able to enjoy our stay but I was consumed with worry about what had just happened earlier that afternoon on the way to check in. Lovely house and we really do want to come back to have a proper stay next time. David and Laurent were extremely kind and accommodating to our situation and they deserve the highest praise. Hope to see you again on our next visit to Perth.

Our host, David, made our stay especially inviting and pleasant. Every detail is covered from extra plugs and chargers in the room to available tea and water and even great local recommendations. Would love to stay here again.

Top notch b&b. Lovely big rooms with lots of small treats and more toiletries than you can shake a stick at. Really friendly owners, lovely cooked breakfast. Full marks all round.

Very central for the city , very warm from David at the town house . Beautiful room well equipped and spacious. Some high end touches with quality tea & coffee. Breakfast is also of a high quality local specialty ingredients. Definitely a 10/10 overnight stay . Would also recommend Perth it’s a. Beautiful friendly city

Delightful house, beautifully furnished, calm and peaceful with lots of lovely thoughtful touches. Handy for nice restaurants, parks and museums all within walking distance. A warm welcome and great breakfasts.

We had a great stay at this wonderfully restored Georgian B&B. Each room were tastefully decorated with loads of artworks. David and Lau were exceptional hosts. Would highly recommend when you visit Perth!

The Townhouse is a fantastic Boutique Bed & Breakfast hotel. Nestled in the heart of Perth City, this is an absolute gem. At the moment me and my wife stepped through it's doors, we felt welcomed, like coming home! David, the host, was incredible warm and genuine hospitable. He's knowledgable and gave us nice recommendation of the city/area. The rooms are absolutely splendid, combining luxury/vintage and top comfort. He also made us a breakfast that was delicious. In every aspect, The Townhouse & David gave us a sense of belonging and care that is rare to find. We can highly recommend this place to anyone seeking for an unforgettable and luxury stay in Perth. An absolute "must visit hotel" when in this district in Scotland.

We had a lovely stay at The Townhouse last week.
Everything was beautiful David met us when we arrived. The home made scones were delicious.
Everything was spotless and decor was gorgeous.
Breakfast looked lovely although we only wanted cereal and toast.
Next time we are in Perth we will certainly stay at The Townhouse.

My mom and I stayed here and felt so lucky we booked such a nice place. We felt welcomed, the room was clean, the beds comfortable, parking was easy to access on our stay, property centrally located, breakfast was amazing and the price we thought was more than reasonable. A unique experience outside of the usual forgettable commercial hotel we could have stayed at, but how boring that would’ve been.

We loved The Townhouse; there was private parking, David helped with our luggage, the property is lovely, and every guest was given individual attention and care. The bed was very comfortable, scones and tea and coffee and bottles water and chocolates were already in the room as well as a fan. The toiletires were excellent as were the restaurant recommendations. However, best of all, was the breakfast cooked by David. This was the best breakfast we had by far in scotland and i will be trying to copy his fruit salad and hollendaise sauce. This is an excellent place to stay in Perth and we wish we had stayed more nights.

I couldn't have hoped for a better experience. the property was gorgeous and immacularte, the owner went above and beyond the call of duty to make our stay pleasant, and they offered far and away the best breakfast in Scotland. I would book again and will recommend this property to all and sundry.

We could not recommend this property more highly. Only superlatives come to mind when trying to describe it. Everything about it was spot on: nice, friendly reception, beautiful room, scones and specialist teas, delicious breakfast. As good as it gets for an overnight stay and we’ll be back, repeatedly.

This was our third visit over the last few years, the townhouse and David never disappoint. The rooms are very comfortable and decorated/furnished in a lovely style, the breakfast is freshly prepared by David and is a nice start to the day. On-site parking is a handy perk.

The Townhouse is one of the best places I have ever stayed at in my life. David is a delight and absolutely wonderful. The care and attention he provides to his guests as well as all the thoughtful details in their beautiful B&B go above and beyond. Definitely would recommend staying at The Townhouse, I wish I could give more than a rating of 5/5. Thank you David, and perhaps I will plan a trip back to Scotland just to stay there again!

Loved our two night stay at The Townhouse. More than lived up to all the great reviews. The room was fabulous, a huge space, beautifully decorated, with lovely touches all round. David is a superb host, with a high attention to detail, very welcoming, and provider of a knock out breakfast. Would thoroughly recommend a stay at The Townhouse.

I cannot express fully how amazing The Townhouse and the proprietors David and Laurent are. Every detail is absolutely perfect. Well deservedly of the high ratings. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Townhouse, particularly the additional touches that sets this hotel apart, e.g., the welcome shortcake biscuits, the excellent selection of tea & coffee in the room and providing charging cables. Breakfast was also impressive and cooked to order. In summary, I would challenge contestants on 'Four in a Bed' to find fault in this hotel.

Wonderful place - lovely big room with nice interior and bathroom - lots of nice touches eg. scones with clotted cream in room on arrival, filter coffee and shortbread too. Breakfast was great - couldn't fault a thing!
