Couldn’t say really as double booked is but didn’t say that at all just cancelled are booking and moved us three miles away with no explanation just said due to unforeseen circumstances yet walked past hotel and was open and rooms fully booked funny that

Good stay. Only stayed the night close to the aren I was visiting and was very easy to find.

The hotel was warm and basic. There are a lot of stairs and no lift so not good for anyone that struggles with stairs. The rooms were basic but could of been in better condition the wardrobe was once attached to the wall had been pulled off, the photo frames on the walls had sellotape on them the chair in the room had more stains than a pub carpet, the bathroom had hand wash but no shower gel or shampoo.
We had the family room which was a decent size and bathroom was big.
It doesn't tell you on hotels.com site but there is loud music until 2am! One of the pillows in our room was filthy so I asked for a new one.

Really nice little hotel, only stayed one night but staff were friendly and the room was clean. Can't ask for anything else.

A nice ‘Pub with rooms’ near to Wembley Stadium - a five minute walk.
Rooms were nice and well kitted out. Nice bathroom with a good shower.
Was a bit hot when i was there but they did provide a fan in each room.

OYO The Arch is a great option for and my family, would come every time.

While the wifi were poor and some of the service not speaking English led to some confusion (we also only had one roll of toilet paper and had to buy more since nobody was at reception when we checked), the overall experience was very good.

The property is nice, but no lift and no air conditioner. It was really hot in the very small room we got.

Quiet, it is not because it's upstairs from a pub. But it is inexpensive and clean and the staff is friendly.

I was happy enough with the room for what I’d paid , I’d taken my own tea making facilities and hairdryer.
The bed was comfortable and I slept well, the music from the pub didn’t bother me unduly.
The shower was fabulous.
Room was a bit warm but there was a fan provided.
No, it’s not the Ritz but I’d happily stay here again.

The staff were very obliging. Very very over priced for our stay no tea or coffe making facilities.Bed linen was not great . We are paying less than we paid this hotel for a 5 star luxury hotel in November. However the hotel is close to the stadium. But i feel this still does not warrent what we paid especially when you cannot get to sleep sue to the noise.

The hotel is ideally located for an overnight stay after attending a concert at Wembley Arena or Stadium (c.15 minutes walk)

Couldn't use shower as no ability to reduce water temperature to acceptable temperature. Far too hot. Lack of staff on reception

The worst hotel and worst hotel experience of my life – probably the worst night’s ‘sleep’ of my life. We were seeing Taylor Swift in Wembley and wanted to stay somewhere nice and close to the stadium. The Arch looked good enough so we booked. They didn’t tell us that there would be LIVE MUSIC until 2AM. That wouldn’t have been the end of the world if the mattress wasn’t saggy, broken and unusable. It was so uncomfortable we thought the bed was broken. We had to pick it up and rotate it in order to use the ‘less saggy’ side to try to get some sleep (didn’t work). On top of that, the room was unclean – stains on the walls, on the curtains, the carpet, the sink… scuffs on everything. It was totally neglected. I can imagine for big events, particularly sports, a lot of people might not mind where they stay as the hotel isn’t really the main event – but in this case it totally ruined our whole experience. I travel for work so have stayed in a few truly awful hotels, but this takes the cake. Do yourself a favour and AVOID.

Great staff and great value.

Close to Wembley which was the main reason for booking. Room was fairly small but did the job. Reception at the hotel isn't staffed so you've got to go into the bar for any queries. The temperature control on the shower didn't work so was too hot to use. They play music until 1am on the Friday night (which is stated on the booking) and it is like your room is in the middle of a night club, so impossible to sleep until after 1. Saturday night was fine noise wise. No breakfast included.

Was good value of money considering we only booked 6 days in advance and we were booking for night before FA Cup final day and there were no MAJOR issue.Neither of the bed side lamps worked which was frustrating more than anything. Also, there was only one pillow each and they were like rocks. On check in we werent told alot...the wifi password and the room number, and the desk isnt manned 24/7 so when we arrived back from our comedy show at 11pm, the last thing we wanted to do was traispe back downstairs to (hopefully) find someone in the bar to give us pillows. For the money paid and the time we spent there it was satisfactory but not sure i would recommend purely because we did not have a great night sleep.

Convenient location for Wembley stadium and arena. But poor quality beds and mattress make for poor night sleep. Music from bar til 2am which you are warned about on arrival. But too late by then. That wasn’t too bad though. Staff dragging chairs at 5.30am one morning. Then shouting outside our room from 6am ish the next. Is unacceptable. The facilities are poor but it is clean and convenient.

I did not like the Sewage smell in the room i had to open the window all day and night to let the smell out and use the fan. I was not aware that coffee area was only at reception area as no one told me.
The noise was loud and didn't stop like they said until 1am so i was lucky (as there was a sign stating it would be noisy till 2am fridays and saturdays)

This is a good but basic hotel. Functions very well if you go to bed late. The parties downstairs can be quite noisy. Not a problem for myself. I would not take children there. And if aircon is a must and a fan is not wht you like then look elsewhere. These things said a good place to stay. Especially if you like a good pub.

Good stay for a couple nights. Room was small but we weren't in the room except to sleep. Good restaurant downstairs. Everyone there was very helpful. 5min walk to Wembley Stadium!!

Nobody manning the reception upon arrival, you had to find someone at the bar. The room was very small though clean and comfortable. The biggest complaint is not to stay at the weekend if you want somewhere to sleep, music blaring until 01:30 am with no way of silencing it. Overall not great but very affordable.

The hotel and staff where nice. But unfortunately the beds was not clean. As i got bitten by bed bugs. And ended spending tye next day at A &E as i had a reaction and my face swelled up.
Did inform the staff there was apologies and the moved me to another room. But i ended up checking out 1 day early as the room i got moved to. When looking at bed sheets i could see someone else hair

Overall good, mainly two issues. Firstly, I booked my stay on Friday which unfortunately coincided with DJ night, therefore, couldn’t get a sleep till late as the music was loud and speakers vibrations rippled through the room. Second no fridge in the room.

No one available at check in. Only one key to the room given despite 2 of us staying. This hotel doesn't offer breakfast. Issue with the thermostat in the shower.
Really clean room. Very comfortbale beds. Minor issues with shower and lack of pillows dealt with very promptly and with no fuss. Very close to wembley and facilities. Would stay again, just advise anyone who wishes to stay to plan ahead for breakfast.
