Went for a concert and had a great stay. From start to finish it was great. Quick and easy check in. Nice rooms. Free and fantastic breakfast. The restaurant had great food and service. Shuttle service to airport. Best stay we've had.

We’ve stayed here a few times now. It’s always good. Usually stay when we fly out somewhere. The thing I’m disappointed about is that there is a free breakfast but only starts at 6ish. Quite often we leave for the airport well before that. I wish they had another option for those people for breakfast. Something like a bag breakfast of some sort. That would b great. We also hate the sensor light in the bathroom in the middle of the night. Gives your eyes a flash which is not pleasant.

This was an excellent shuttle hotel to the airport, the shuttle was on time and very courteous, at check-in, the clerk asked me if I needed a shuttle in the morning, highly recommend.
The room was well appointed and comfortable for the night before traveling, I would definitely stay again.

We stayed 5 nights and the stay was all good except our last evening after a good dinner at the restaurant we asked for a couple bottles of water from the front desk. I didn’t think it was an unusual request but the front desk lady promptly told us to go buy some at the little kiosk there. The little things like that soured my view of the hotel that we stayed at for about 20 times over the last year. It will be our last stay sadly.

Spent the night after our flight. I love the option of checking in online to save time at the front desk, appreciate that so much when you’re so tired after a long day travelling. Room was super clean & bed was comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff at the front desk are amazing, i made thr mistake of overlapping my bookings (check our was sat and i rebooked starting fri) when i extended my stay and instead of double charging me for a night they cought that and checked me out and back in on the friday so i could keep my same room and not be double charged for my mistake. That is top notch professionalism.

We love your hotel and it’s our first choice when travelling. But this past stay wasn’t as comfortable. You changed the bed pillows to small cushion pillows. It was so uncomfortable for us and we normally love your beds. Please put a couple king pillows back

Was in a pet friendly room, it was right by the elevators was bad until night time when you could hear every time they opened. also found used bandaids in our room.. The included breakfast was good! The room did not smell like dog at all, the beds were firm but the pillows and blankets were nice.

Everything is good. Do prepare your own toothbrush and slippers. They provided toiletries. Breakfast was ok. And always have starbucks coffe at the looby to self serve. But the conditioners are different to squeeze out.
