I arrived at 10pm after travelling from the east coast. I was promptly met at the front desk where my paperwork was waiting for me. They informed of the restaurant and the dining hours and the breakfast vouchers. The room was great and comfortable. Great job guys!!

No serious complaints. The breakfast was great (a lot of options - some healthy too!). The rooms were clean and pretty modern. The facility was very nice, clean in appearance and modern. My one and only complaint was that we didn’t get to take advantage of the pool because it was closed due to maintenance (one of our reasons for booking at this location). The hospitality clerk did however offer us hot tub use at a sister location nearby. Unfortunately we didn’t take advantage of. It was nice option that they offered though.

Great stay at your hotel!! Staff courteous and helpful and we really enjoyed the complimentary breakfasts. Rooms very clean and the cleaning staff obliging when we needed more towels. Easy to get to-- very central. Will stay here again next time.

Great stay at your hotel!! Staff courteous and helpful and we really enjoyed the complimentary breakfasts. Rooms very clean and the cleaning staff obliging when we needed more towels. Easy to get to-- very central. Will stay here again next time.

We were given the wrong room and the third party system through Expedia was blamed for the mistake. When showing this to the front desk that we had paid for the higher quality room, we were told the only one an available was one on hold due to maintenance. At the desk we were told there was an issue with a shower door closing but we could still use it. This was not the case, the entire door was missing from the bathroom. The fireplace did not work.

The staff were very polite and friendly. The room I ordered was not the one I received. Not accessible for my wheelchair n bathroom had no walking shower.

The check was great super easy and fast. The room was nice and cool for the hot weekend I stayed. The ac was a bit noisy but worth having on! The room was cosy and the bed was great. Barney’s pub was incredible. Treated too first class.

The lady in the Breakfast nook from Ukraine is so kind and very hard worker. They both are very hard workers. The front desk employees made it very easy and fast to check in. The room was awesome and bed was sooo comphy!
