A short but sweet visit, Staff friendly.. Would have been nice if there had been hot chocolate on a cold winter night, but not provided in hotel..

Overall great stay every time I stay there. However, I’m super picky when it comes to my pillows, so if you are the same I would suggest packing your own. But such comfortable beds!

I've stayed at this hotel numerous times in the last couple of years and I feel the quality of the rooms overall is very good for the rate that is charged. My only complaint or issue is that during a week stay on more than one visit I had only received housekeeping service one time. I can understand that when the hotel is busy that daily service may be tough to schedule every room for full service but I think at the very minimum towels should be switched out. I work in the trades and having to reuse wash cloths and towels for 3 days is not ideal. I don't expect a complete overhaul of the room daily as I don't leave it in a total state of disrepair as it is my home while I'm away for work but a quick daily swap out of toiletries and garbages doesn't seem like too big of an expectation

Second time staying there, first time I booked through hotels.com when I arrived they made m.e pay extra for a new room becuse the one I booked wasn't available, second time I got a room there was no TV remote, called the front desk, waited for 30 mins and finally went down to the desk to find the front desk attendant in the restaurant and totally forgot to get me a remote, last time I stay there.. too bad its a nice hotel..

This Suits are spacious and well set up for visiting with friends. There is a small kitchenette, but nothing in the cabinets (like basic glasswear and dishes, as other hotels provide in suites)

Another quick stay at the Radisson - clean, comfortable and best of all, offered at a cheaper price point. I'm glad I found this hotel which is super close to the outlet mall

Great price (quality is not compromised), location and the restaurant is a great addition as there’s not much close by and hopefully they will extend closing time by 60-90 minutes

Hotel was alright.

Have stayed here a few times. This is my first time with an issue. Staying in the first room as you ealk in the forst floor, it was extremely loud. People slam doors all hours of the night. I am sure the hotel staff do not plan for that, however it must be expected. So, deal with it. Either don’t sell that room, turn it to storage, or put a slow closing exterior door beside it. Unfortunate, because staying there numerous times before, this was enough for me not to go back.

Everything was great. Esp.the staff. Mentioned to front desk re: danger of slippage / accident in the tub because of no mat. Potential law suit ? Plus broken toilet roll holder.
