Nice, clean , modern hotel , close to the airport.

My fault that I assumed it was actually at the airport, not the reason I’m writing a bad review… when I figured it out they said the shuttle would be 10 minutes so I waited outside and it was just under 30 minutes, then the room shower drain was full of hair so I didn’t even bother showering. And I was placed next to the staircase even though the hotel was obviously not busy. The breakfast was decent and the staff were fairly friendly though but I wouldn’t go back

I was surprised beacause the Breakfast service closed before the normal time. The Shuttle took after half hour to pick me up at the airport.

The staff made our stay very comfortable and were helpful with our needs. Would choose this hotel another time. Very much appreciate having a breakfast.

One night stay after a return trip from Dubai before returning to Fort McMurray. 1. kept my room even though I was arriving at 2 p.m. 2. Hotel Shuttle was efficient. 3. Room was nice, with 2 big TV's and a very comfortable bed. 4. Only issue is they had a nice breakfast buffet but the Eggs, Bacon and sausage were cold.

Flight reservations trouble and the hotel was waiting for us. Doesn't get any better than that.

We were there for a wedding. And your staff were amazing and helpful. The woman that checked me in was wonderful and interacted and provided information. Would recommend this hotel again if I stay in the area again.

Room was a great size, Queen suite was very spacious. Bedding comfortable. Room was not ready when we arrived and we asked for a phone call to let us know when it was ready. Lobby clerk seemed a bit overwhelmed with checkin process and sorting out bag check tags for our luggage to store while waiting for room to be ready. After 3 hrs waiting and just killing time at outlet mall down the road, with no call from hotel, we went back and room was ready. Complimentary breakfast was very limited. Slow to restock. Coffee was out. Disappointing. Gym was well equipped, clean

Very clean and we quiet hotel

Room was very clean, bed was comfortable and proximity to the Edmonton airpot was perfect. The breakfast offered some good options and the dining room was very nice. The only issue I had was initially I walked in without a reservation and was told the hotel was full and I was turned away. I went online to Expedia and booked a room with a king size bed. When I went back into the hotel with my reservation I was told the king rooms were sold out and was offered a room with 2 queen beds. No problem, my husband and I only needed a convenient place to sleep after I picked him out from a late arrival at the airport. However, I did make the recommendation to the front desk that in future instead of turning someone away because they are supposedly sold out have them check a third party booking service to see if there is a room available.

Only downside is there is no disposable slippers supplied.

Very close to the airport, this hotel was quiet and clean. The staff were super friendly.
