Overall good experience but it is not unacceptable to charge 4 EUR just to get cutlery in the room in a 4 star hotel

Great staff, very accommodating, rooms are awesome and the breakfast is everyday was outstanding.

All good with just a couple of issues namely omelette station at breakfast and better toiletries in room. Will definitely book again

Bathroom is ridiculously small!

I stayed in this hotel for my daughter’s wedding on Wednesday. The wedding venue was just a short taxi ride from the hotel. I stayed on a bed and breakfast basis. The room was nice and clean with nice bed and the pillows were good not soft and the bedding was cotton, Breskfast was good and food was replenished There is also a Spa onsite I had one and it was very relaxing, Hotel is close to a sandy beach.

There was construction right across from the pool . Was not relaxing at all

The staff at AR Hotel is the best and always very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is clean and the balcony / terrace on the top floor is huge.. I will surely get back to this hotel.

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast staff were prompt with replenishing food and gave a last warning to tables before closing at 10:30. The food was decent, it was included. The coffee was really good. Lots of fun things to do within 10-15 min walking distance. The hop on/hop off bus has a stop near the beach. You can take the purple line and transfer to the red or other lines to see many popular sites. The restaurants along the beaches were clean, the food was generous and authentic and very tasty! Ubers/taxis were plentiful, but may have taken up to an hour during peak times and especially on weekends. It’s better to book a day or two in advance for a major event (like a wedding) or to travel to the airport to ensure you have transportation. A 7-min taxi to our wedding event at Island Art & Taste was $4-5 in Euros. We always tipped generously either on or off the app. Some drivers were not that fluent in English, but many attempted to try their best. One used a translator app on his phone which made for a better ride and in communicating our wishes. Sam “Stamatis” was the best, who gave us a tour of the city from the beach whereas some just played music. He also lives in NJ years ago. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and accommodating. There is an iron room, but no iron in each individual room, so plan accordingly. We didn’t use the pool, but it was open. We had a corner 2 bedroom unit so our balcony wrapped around the corner!

We had four nights at the hotel and found the staff to be really nice and helpful We are at the restaurant on severally occasions and enjoyed the food every time The only complaint I have is about our rooms size and outlook we had room 12 which never had much in the way of natural light so we needed the lights on all the time and the room itself was very cramped the bed on the other hand was excellent We would stay there again as long as it was not one of the ground floor rooms

Every staff member whom we met or simply encountered was friendly, professional and always willing to help. The included breakfast was fresh and plentiful with quite a variety of food and drink. We also highly recommend the restaurant for a wonderful lunch or dinner. Beaches, grocery store, ATM as well as a large "kiosk" well stocked with snacks, cold drinks, reading material and beach items were a 10 minute stroll away. The hotel and grounds were very clean and well-maintained. Other family members also stayed at the Athenian Riviera. We gathered for drinks or just conversation on the patio and never felt rushed too leave. Loved our stay!

All of the staff were attentive and friendly, and genuinely helpful. The food in the dining room was excellent.

We got the family suite with jacuzzi. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and pretty. I only wished there were a thicker blanket to sleep when the AC was on. The balcony was enormous. Wasn’t sure if it was ok to play soccer. We had a nice view of the beach.

Had a good stay here, but the highlight was Alex, who works the front desk was very helpful in making sure I got my bag which I left by accident at the hotel (I was that relaxed!). Alex was so helpful and totally made something that could have been stressful completely ok!. Thank you, Alex. I appreciate it deeply.

Definitely overrated on your site. Property is not a 4 star by any means. Would never go back and would not recommend it.

Great location and lovely staff. Good size rooms and lovely breakfast. The pool area could be bigger but otherwise perfect for our short stay.

Outdoor hot tub which was the basis of this rental had zero hot water. This defeated the whole reason for the extra cost of the room

Off the beaten path, it is in a quiet neighborhood in the coastal area about 30 minutes south of Athens city. Clean, modern and reasonably priced, it is possibly the best bargain you'll encounter during your visit to this part of Greece. There are beaches nearby and the hotel does have a pool. The restaurant and bar serve good food and drink and my favorite was definitely the mushroom risotto! I had it two nights in a row for dinner!

Nice modern hotel. Small pool but walking distance to the beaches. Nice breakfast, but annoying that you have to pay extra for espresso coffee! (They claim this is normal, but it was free on the previous hotels in our stay in Athens at 2/3 of the room rate...) There is a nice Illy espresso machine in the room making great coffe, but also here they charge if you use the coffee capsules provided for it... Smallish when you pay €240/n.

Missed a flight and needed a quick place to stay. Good price for a nice hotel. Not super close but not as far as Athens city center hotel.

Will definitely be staying there again. The staff was amazing. Rooms were stunning.

Our spacious corner room with enormous furnished veranda was great, but the staff was our favorite highlight of this hotel. Each one of them was helpful, polite, knowledgeable and accommodated every need and desire.

We stayed there for 5 nights and had a very decent sized room. The staff was super friendly and nice, service was great. We had to work a bit from the lobby area, wifi was super good. It was also easy to find parking slots.

This is our second time at the Athenian Riviera. We love it for the convenience of the location - the beach is walking distance as are our favorite restaurants. If you are looking for a reasonably priced, modern hotel, this is your best option in Vouliagmeni. The staff are professional and attentive.
