I would not recommend. This is terrible and rude staff ,careless management. So you go another place . Better and safer if tiu care about you loved ones and yourself.i did not feel its famous cancun . Its was sad depressive and poor.

When I checked in, the lady at the reception was in a bad mood and received me badly.

No fridge or microwave in rooms. Simple amenities that every hotel in US offers. AC good, breakfast was the best. Coffee shop downstairs with not many options, when dinner was available, a la carte and many options. Parking was paid extra and a hassle to come and go. Have to scan room key every time to go up elevator. Extra annoying. Bell men/door man were kind and helpful. ( Miguel was great ).

We stayed over a hurricane. The staff was absolutely amazing!!!!!!!!!!!! Cannot give them enough credit for how amazing they were! Kept us safe and stayed to serve food as well.

There’s no early check in available and the room wasn’t ready by the check in time. There is only one restaurant available in the hotel. The hotel room was okay. A key card is required in the elevator for security and safety reasons which was good. The location is convenient with a mall, restaurants and stores within walking distance but a bit far from the hotel zone and the strip so you’ll need to take the taxi. The cleaning is also not completed in a timely manner. I got back at my hotel after 6pm and the room was still not cleaned. It seems like there isn’t enough staff to clean up.

Check in was great! My flight was cancelled by the airline the Wednesday I was supposed to go.., so the hotel charged me for the first night anyway due to no fault of my own. The first two days I did not have hot water. The first three days i did not have a working toilet. I made multiple trips to talk to people and I would get a supervisor who would say. We will get someone to fix that and then I will check on it personally. Obviously, that never happened. I felt like I should have been offered a discount due to paying for a suite but not having the basic things I should have had. I also do not think it is fair that I was charged for the first night when the airlines cancelled by flight.

Outdated smelly and the pictures from in person are so different. Bathroom and beds okay for a short stay since our flights cancelled.

I recently stayed at the Krystal Hotel in Cancun and had an extremely disappointing experience. I checked into room 919 on a Friday. After dropping off my belongings, I went out to explore the beautiful Cancun beaches. However, upon returning to my room later that night, I was shocked to find a pair of someone else's contact lenses on the bedside table. The entire table and parts of the washroom were messy and unclean. By this time, it was 11:30 PM, and with an excursion to Chichen Itza scheduled for 6:30 AM the next day, I decided to sleep and address the issue with the reception in the morning. Before leaving for the excursion, I placed a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door as I do not feel comfortable with room service entering when I'm not present. Upon my return, I informed the reception about the cleanliness issues in my room. Instead of an apology or immediate solution, they blamed me for not reporting the issue sooner. I requested them to clean the room and possibly provide a discount on a restaurant meal as a gesture of goodwill. Instead, they offered to change my room, but since I had already unpacked and it was too much work to move for just one more night, I declined. The management then sent a security guard to take pictures of the mess, and only after we insisted, did he clean it up. Additionally, the reception informed me that the cleaners had supposedly checked and marked the room as clean in their report, which was alarming as the "Do Not Disturb" was there

The hotel 1 floor was stinky, the shower bad conditions and the employees in the restaurant area was very rude , never o come back there

I really liked the location.

We had problems with our key all the time. The room didnt have enough power outlets.

Solo trip, my first experience. What I really loved was the day access to the Krystal Beach Resort where you will receive all inclusive amenities for the day. The shuttle will pick you up and bring you back. The hotel smelled awful, the view was horrible, the restaurant and pool was ehhh …. Not in a convenient location if you want the night life. More so downtown and 3 star shipping strip. But overall I made it great! I wasn’t even in the room long just to sleep and back out.

The bathroom was incredibly dirty. The food at the restaurant was of very poor quality and not very tasty.

Desk Attendant ignored us during our check in. Two attendants were helping two seperate parties. There was a third desk which no one was working at. We got in line behind the people who were being helped. After waiting 5-10 minutes , a man walks up to the desk without an attendant. The people we Were behind complete their transaction and we step up to the desk. At which point the desk attendant went over to the man who just walked up and starts helping him and tells us the line is now on the other desk. This was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. We will not be returning to this resort. Uli (i think his name was) was professional and pleasant to deal.

The best thing about this hotel is the pool and the people that work there .

The hotel doesn’t seem to be in the best of shape. It was pretty dirty inside and the room safe did not work. When we requested the staff to send someone to check out the safe they never showed up. To top that off, the WiFi password mysteriously stopped working on the last day of our stay. WiFi was still up and visible but we couldn’t login with the password anymore.. this is something they should have communicated to us. Overall it just seems like a hotel in decline. Wouldn’t recommend.

I asked for a refrigerator for my room, but was told that it isn’t available..
