Our stay here was excellent. The studio apartment was immaculate, extremely comfortable bed and loads of sunshine. Hot water was sufficient however, the showerhead flow made it difficult to shower, Making it almost an increase in time in the shower. Front desk was extremely helpful and pleasant. we will definitely stay here again.

We had the most amazing time, the property was amazing, smelled amazing & was immaculate. We had 4 people and all had our own space to spread out. It was beautiful and the staff was super attentive, and even bared with us with our not-so-excellent Spanish. I would recommend this property to anyone & everyone! The location was perfect as well!

Staying at the Felix Luxury Apartments was an excellent experience! The room was spacious and clean, the staff was very helpful and kind, and the location was excellent. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the La Condesa area of CDMX.

Staff were all so warm and kind. Very few spoke English but we all managed. My only issue was that there wasn’t much hot water each morning for showering, but everything else was great.

Large apartment, excellent wifi, daily cleaning service, 24 hour doorperson, restaurants 1/2 block away and Walmart grocery 2 blocks away.

We felt so at home and comforted by 24/7 friendly doorman service. The roof deck views were amazing and the location the best. We walked all over the city and realized the location was the best with its tree lined streets and walking paths, connection to Mexico Park and nice restaurants (many of the best in the city are close by). We highly recommend it for families.

The rooms are spacious, well decorated, state of the art. This is luxury.

The safety we felt at the Felix Boutique Apartments was of course our favorite aspect of the booking. Not only is the building itself secured with 24/7 doorman service, but your floor is only accessible via an elevator key entrance. The property was always clean and we enjoyed daily housekeeping as well. It was close to all of our favorite restaurants and Parque México which has so many beautiful hidden corners to explore. I would recommend anyone interested in this property book their stay ASAP! I also wanted to point out how attentive and hospitable the staff was from check in to check out. We truly enjoyed our wonderful stay and plan on returning soon! Gracias Félix Boutique!

This is a good apartment to sleep in. Air conditioning did NOT work during the whole stay, neither did the WIFI. Its a good place to hang out, but not to sleep or work.

Worth every penny! The only negative thing is that there is only air conditioning in the master bedroom. They provide a portable unit, but it’s not powerful enough to cool the other two rooms considering how large the apartment is. Nonetheless, WONDERFUL stay!

We just had an amazing week staying at the Felix apartments. The space was everything we wanted- modern, clean, well stocked, roomy, and in a gorgeous neighborhood. The lobby has 24 hour staff and free coffee, fruit, and yogurt every morning. The rooftop patio was probably our favorite part. Beautifully landscaped and with fantastic views. We spent every evening enjoying pre-dinner cocktails up there. We had a three bedroom, 3 bath unit on the 5th floor. There was a large master bedroom with en suite bathroom and patio, a slighter smaller bedroom with en suite bathroom, and a fairly small bedroom with separate bathroom. Amble space for 5 people. Daily housekeeping is also included which was appreciated. Overall, our experience with the Felix apartment was exceptional and would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay this time at Felix Boutique, will definitely come back. This time I decided to provide the deposit in cash, which of course provided for a hassle free return.

Terrible post-stay service, worst I have ever experienced in my trips to Mexico City. To be fair, the room is very spacious, well decorated and clean. The big problems were the following: 1) they charge you a $350+ deposit to stay. I left on the 15th and as of the 21st it’s still pending in my account. 2) they ran my card twice for the stay so in addition to the room deposit I have an additional $550 pending on my credit card statement. I called the manager on the 18th and told her about the situation. I reviewed my statement today and there are still no changes. When I requested to speak with her the person at the front desk told me that they had reviewed their transactions and that I should check with my credit card company. They refused to put her on the line. 3) I stayed in a suite that has multiple rooms and the only room that has A/C is the main room. Before I left I still had a good impression of the hotel and was thinking about returning and inviting my in-laws. The day of my departure I suggested to the manager that they should have A/C in all of the rooms (only the main bedroom has A/C) and she immediately got defensive and was a bit rude. I actually regretted making the suggestion.. To summarize: 1) the hotel is a nice boutique hotel, but if you stay set aside about 2.5 times the amount you thought you would pay on your CC and then exercise patience to get it back. 2) do not make any suggestions 3) make sure you’re not a fan of A/C

I am having a bad cold and they are not doing absolutely anything to make sure my stay is pleasant. Jose Munoz told me very clear that they could not do anything to help me in my situation. On top of this the elevator is very noise and they even get mad, if you complain about it. If they are not able to assist you in this simple request, it is not worthy the value of this hotel. IT IS OVEREXPENSIVE. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL, they just help you to destroy your stay in this beautiful city.

The location is close to so many restaurants and bars, I would love to come back and rent the larger suites with a group of friends.

The best best hotel ever

We had the best stay at Viadora! The staff is so friendly and helpful! The rooms are clean, spacious, and well decorated! The apartments are in a great location in La Condesa as well. Walking distance to lots of cafes, restaurants, and bars! We would recommend anyone to stay here! We are so hoping we can make another trip back and stay at Viadora again!

Wonderfully kind staff. Fantastic location for a neighbourhood feel, across the street from a coveted cafe/lunch spot with an express window which is super convenient. Rooftop patio and gym is awesome. Each unit is well thought through and designed perfectly. Just wish there was a/c in each of the rooms.

Location was perfect. Very walkable with lots of great food, bars and gardens near by.
