This property is in the perfect location, it is In the middle of the strip. Checkin was different due to you can just go to front desk you go to another door due to this a private owned property as well as the hotel does not give towels, toilet paper etc. the toilet ran the first night we were there and finally after me calling the front desk and the property owner number finally they sent maintenance. Then they sucked us in to a 3 hour long meeting about buying vacation time/ time shares. Other than that I would probably stay there again just not in a private owned room .

If there is a negative stars rating I would have selected the lowest one. Dont waste your money here. I booked this place one week in advance. The day of arrival I went to the lobby and they couldn't find the reservation that I already paid in full for it in advance. After 1.5 hour then they find it . I have booked Las Vegas street strip view and ended up with a suite with windows facing conrete walls of the adjacent building. NO signs to lead to parking garage and also in side the building poor signs. They don't have a main entrance. On of the entrance it thru another casino and the elevator is hidden and no signs that say Jocky club hotel, we had to ask around to find the side elevator that leads there .

Beds were not King. Bathroom was dirty upon arrival. Place could use a deep cleaning. Great communication with property, very prompt. Someone was sent to clean bathroom. It was perfect for a family of 8. Would stay again.

We booked this room because we liked how it was more modern looking and it came with two beds, and two sofa couches, and two bathrooms, which would be perfect for 6 of us. Just be aware there is two bathrooms but only one shower ! Which was a bummer for us, I thought since it said two bathrooms there would be a shower in both. There is no actually light in the room just lamp light which was not enough. No mirrors in the room or living room area only in the bathroom. We were only able to use one sofa couch cause the second one was broken. But other than that inconveniences, it was a good stay and we enjoyed the location.

The property was far from Deluxe. We arrived late on the evening of December 29 and there were apparent bloodstain marks on one of the ceilings. I requested a different room and they were unable to accommodate. I requested at a minimum that the ceiling be cleaned and was told first thing the next day . When I returned at 3pm, the stain was still there. The apartment was dated, not clean behind couches, dark and bathroom was tiny. Overall, very vet far from Deluxe and not reflective of the pictures.

This was our first time finding this hidden little gem, and we would definitely be back. There was plenty of room for 2 families with kids. Having the kitchen saved so much money and time vs eating out. It's not as fancy as a regular hotel, but it is right in the middle of the strip and our room had a fantastic view of the sphere, Eiffel Tower, Bellagio fountain, etc and was amazing on New Year's Eve. The best was the front desk lady Edwana who was so friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome and taken care of.

The location is the reason why I would stay here. The room service is terrible and they pretty much never handled any of our requests. The access keys were pretty much failing all the time, not sure if it's card reader vs cards.

Great view, comfortable beds in the bedroom. However, sofa bed sunken & uncomfortable to the point that some of us decided to sleep in a different hotel. Our feet/socks also ended up black, floor needs mopping.
