We chose this house to be close to family in Mary Lake so the location was ideal. The house was well suited to our family and my children really enjoyed the pool and outside TV room. It was clean and well presented and we really liked the light and bright interior. We would have benefited from a greater range of plates and general crockery and a gas bbq but this was our only minor drawback. Overall the place was wonderful and the host was responsive and helpful. Would recommend

So excited for our trip to Redding to celebrate our sons birthday and hit the water park. Home looked great in pics and was close to all we wanted to do. Communication was great in the beginning but once we arrived we noticed quite a bit of hair, dust and cobwebs. It looked like the house had been shut down for awhile. Closet tracks, window tracks, were the worst. I actually was able to write my name in the dust on the TV table console. We immediately messaged the owner and complained, we also sent pics, she apologized. We asked for a vacuum which she said would be in the garage, it was not, and she proceeded to tell us the housekeeper did take it with her. I asked for it to please be delivered as we could not sweep and wipe up all the mess that was there. It did not come. I then complained the next day about it, no communication but then it was delivered about 2 hours later. I ended up asking for a partial refund as we spent a lot of time cleaning. First impressions were that it was not a clean home, so then you feel like nothing was cleaned/ sanitized properly, so we cleaned it. The house is now cleaner than how we found it! That put a damper on the whole trip. Still have not heard from the owner. If you do not mind cleaning, and then get charged a cleaning fee, this house is great!

House was great overall. Although there the pool was pretty dirty and it was pretty much the main attraction for the kids. There were no coffee filters, and the inflatable mattress did not work luckily we were prepared. Other than that the location was quiet and safe, the house inside was clean and comfortable!

Home is very beautiful! Wonderful neighborhood & super close to downtown, which was convenient! Everything was informed very well!

We had a fabulous time. The weather wasn’t great, but when the sun was out we certainly got great use of the pool. All beds were super comfortable and the home has all the amenities needed to feel at home. Kathy was a great host, we had an issue with online access and she responded within minutes and we were online shortly after. Thank you Kathy!

We had an amazing stay! The house was clean, property was well taken care of, pool was clean and warm. Kathy, the host, stayed in touch and was easy to communicate with. My family had so much fun and we would definitely come back to stay!
