The room was really nice and clean and all the staff was really friendly. Its really close to the airport and the price is amazing.

The airport shuttle service information was not communicated to me effectively -- the message I received from the hotel 2 days prior had missing information such as missing email address and phone number. I managed to find a WhatsApp number on the hotel website so I messaged that instead, but never received a response. As such, I was unable to contact anyone to make a prior reservation to use the service on arrival and had to pay for a taxi to get to the hotel for check-in. There is no information about the hotel facilities in the guest rooms or in the hallways -- I believe there was a terrace and a restaurant somewhere on the property but I was never able to find it. The room service menu is a QR code in the room key slip, but it doesn't say what it is so I wasn't aware that it was the menu until I called and asked. The rooms are not very soundproof -- I was woken up in the night by other people speaking, someone else's TV sound, as well as one of the guests making loud noises at 5am. Room service was quick and good quality.

The restaurant is open early and stays open late, and there is 24-hour room service. This is really convenient when you are traveling to and from the airport at odd hours. The food is also really good! I also like that there is a free airport shuttle whenever you want to schedule it. The front desk staff can speak English, which is very useful. It's nice to have the pool available as well, gives you something to do when you are stuck at the hotel with a few free hours (especially with kids). The hotel is surrounded by a locked gate and security and feels very safe. We had a great experience each time we stayed here.

Rang to confirm booking for my son. Person on front desk was very rude and despite having a confirmation and receipt for payment, informed me I would need to book and pay all over again. No thanks. Not a good way to treat potential returning customers!

The hotel was clean and breakfast had a great variety. We were not able to get the free shuttle from the airport and had to pay for a taxi because their messaging not working. The person at the reception desk offered to refund only in Argentine pesos even though it was our last day in Argentina and I wouldn’t be able to convert to my home currency because airport does not exchange small bills

Amazing hotel with great amenities, well-maintained and clean. My only complaint is that when I booked, it seemed like all rooms have breakfast included, but this turned out not be the case. The property compensated me for the misleading room description though.

It was a bummer that if you have skis your are not allowed to use the free airport shuttle. Have to hire an Uber or taxi!!

No restaurants or stores in walkable area. Staff is not the friendliest.

All was great except for the restaurant service. A server with the name Javiera had an awful attitude not just with me but also with another customer nearby. Her responses to questions were very off putting. Had another server by the name of Rosa who was excellent in her attitude and service.

Property was pretty nice, staff friendly but only 1 restaursnt within walking distance.

perfect stay after a long trip, getting back into STGO late. appreciated the shuttle and communication with the driver, the quick room service 24/7 to get my kids fed, clean room, great location, close to the airport. Would recommend.

We stayed at La Quinta 4 times between side trips in Chile. The staff recognized us on our first return and welcomed us back. They were incredibly helpful with transport to the airport and luggage storage. This was perfect for us when we needed to stay near the airport.

fantastic place for layover before early flight

Hotels.com listed the property with “breakfast” included. After booking I realized breakfast was not included. This is deceiving. It also happened with a Holiday Inn in Peru two years ago. Also the room in Santiago had a slippery shower floor and free coffee in lobby only until 11:30 am, which is uncommon.

This is a great hotel when transiting in Santiago, with shuttle service however not a lot to do in the area

After our first mixed experience at La Quinta, we wanted to give it another go with some learnings from our first stay - we ended up having a similar conclusion. The property itself is pleasant, we had a good room where we could sleep really well. At around USD 100, was also very reasonably priced for a property close to the airport. Our main complaint is considering the free airport shuttle: while it's great that this is offered at no cost and the drivers are excellent, the organisation of the transfers was messy. Our flight to Santiago was delayed by hours, so we reached out to the hotel's reception via Whatsapp to confirm that our transfer would be rescheduled. Unfortunately, they never answered us, leaving us with some anxiety until we arrived and were successfully picked up. Communication with the drivers is smoother (also via Whatsapp), but not sure they would speak English.

The shuttle and front desk would not answer any calls. Had to take a taxi at my expense.
