The phone didn't work, the lamp didn't work, they didn't tell us they don't clean the rooms without 24 hours advance notice, we asked for toilet paper and got one roll for 3 people, i plugged in my phone charger and it literally blew out in a hugs electrical spark and split in half.

The beds are horrible, very soft my legs were higher than my torso. for an expensive hotel I thought your bed would be better. also being hit for $139 resort fee and $44 parking fee per day was not expected. The beach chairs are $40.. The top 7th floor bar and pool area was great.

From the moment I booked this property I began to have my "doubts" about the check in process being seamless and unfortunately for me I was more than correct. Not only was I given the incorrect room (the error was acknowledged and admitted by the young woman who checked me in) I was basically given the run around my entire 4 day stay at the property. I was given excuse after excuse about speaking with a manager and if ever the manger was EVER on duty at the property. While the desk staff was "decent" the bellhop service was nonexistent ! I strongly believe the location is the only thing that is saving this place! I was given the email address of the manager but nothing else to rectify the aggreges errors that I encountered at this location. It is a beautiful property minus the evidence of active remodeling being done in certain areas of the property. I plan to contact the hotel manager directly to share my concerns and to address the way that my prepaid reservation was handled because in retrospect I DID NOT RECEIVE WHAT I PAID FOR !

Great place to stay. Location is great just steps from the Broadwalk and the beach. Very clean, fast checkin and checkout. Fantastic rooftop terrace, pool and restaurant. Highly recommend!

We stayed one night as our homes were hit by hurricane Milton from desk was amazing and kind. I insured the trip! Thank goodness as we got a call on night one Friday 10/11 that a loved one passed during the storm so we had to leave. I was assured I would be refunded the remaining amount of the stay. Until check out oh sorry they were wrong you get nothing back. Besides the fact the price is incredibly expensive plus an extra $418 upon check in ( you are not told about) then I chose to insure the stay ( which is not cheap by any means) now everyone is stating NO refund? During a national disaster sham on you!

This is scam hotel, dont bring your family here check in is at 4pm but the service in the beach offered is until 5pm , yes the parking lot if you have a Suv not compact carvis $88 plus taxes per night.

Horrible horrible I specifically picked this hotel because they had a rooftop pool. I checked in on Saturday at 4 and as I go to the elevator I see a sign saying the rooftop is closed due to a private event. When I was checking in they didn’t even mention the pool would be closed I asked to speak with a manger or supervisor they took my info and said they will call me. Next day was check out and I did not hear from anyone. I booked a 2 bedroom suite for one night for my daughter’s birthday because the one thing she wanted was to hang at beach and go to the rooftop pool. It was very unprofessional that they did not advise prior to booking that the rooftop/pool would be closed.

They have bed bugs, this property should be removed from Expedia. This experience makes me not trust Expedia as it was a really bad experience. On top of that the manager is extremely rude. When we asked to speak to the manager it seemed to be protocol that they are not allowed to go get the manager. When we informed them we are not leaving with out speaking to someone since we were all bit up from bed bugs they asked us to step out side and wait for her. We of course did not wait outside as we paid to be at this hotel and they refused us a refund, why would we need to wait out side of the hotel to speak to a manager. Extremely unprofessional and dirty.

I have stayed at this property several times in the last few months and love it. The Sunset rooftop is absolutely beautiful. I also love that it is a quick walk to the beach and there are a lot of dining options. The only issue that I had this last visit was that the room that I was in had ants in the kitchen area. Hopefully it was an isolated case for just that room.

It was challenging to get up the stairs to check-in because of disability. No visible signs for direction on where to go because there's 2 buildings. Parking is too expensive overnight ($50). I had to go get my own car twice because valet couldn't drive manual gears. The room toilet didn't flush the entire stay and there were excessive ants in the room. There was nothing done for the inconvenience nor for the dissatisfaction of my stay.
