Great first trip to PCB! Pros: clean room, great location, beautiful view from the 18th view, master bed was comfy, ac worked great, loved having the washer and dryer in the unit, kitchen had everything we needed, jetted bathtub was a hit for my boys. Cons: one of the elevators quit working on day 2 of our trip and that made it terrible going from room down to the beach/pool for the day, security wasn't what the reviews describe as we noticed several people without their wristbands on and nothing was done about it. Couch bed needs to be replaced as you can fill the springs when laying down on it, for my kids it wasn't bad but I would not recommend this sleeping arrangement for an adult. Living room fan wasn't working, no balcony light. TIP for wanting to check out equipment for the activity center you must have an ID, your wrist band isn't enough and they do not have tennis rackets or tennis balls for this activity. Overall, I would recommend this place to stay.

This place was perfect for our family vacation! The check in process was smooth and we had a great time!

The view is beautiful. I usually don’t write reviews but had some issues. The bathroom shower had hair in it. No I don’t call the owner I cleaned it. You really need a regular size coffee pot not a 4 cup one. You need kitchen towels to use at least one would be nice. The dryer took over 3 hours to dry 4 towels. The kitchen cabinet doors need to be fix 2 of them are falling off. The porch light is out. The living room fan doesn’t work.

We loved staying here! The view was amazing. The condo was clean. However my husband and I were planning to use the pull out bed since our children slept in the room. We checked in a little later and when we went to get our bed ready there were not any sheets or blankets available for the pull out. We contacted the property manager but did not receive them until our 2nd day there. Other than that it was perfect!

I've stayed in a different unit in this building before, so I was familiar with the area. The property manager gave very clear instructions and everything was exactly as advertised--we would stay here again.

We checked in late at night and were happy to see that accessing our room was a breeze, even with limited staff on site. Upon entering the room, I was very pleased to see that everything was clean, in good order, and that I could crawl straight into bed, after working all day and driving all night. We had a few rainy days but that didn’t put a damper on our stay because we were still able to enjoy the beach from our balcony. The views of the emerald colored water were absolutely incredible as always and the many dolphin sightings just added to the thrill. If you’re an aviation fan, you’ll love the low, fast, flybys of the different military jet’s, from the local airbase. The indoor, heated pool, was a huge hit with the kids, since it was cold and raining! We loved our time there and look forward to booking again in the future.

The bedroom was close to the elevator so I didn’t get good rest. The couches were dirty and need a shampoo. It had a funny smell too, so I cleaned the whole place and disinfectant to make the best of it but we wouldn’t rent here again.

Me and my husband spent our honeymoon at this condo. It was lovely! The view was absolutely to die for. I spent every morning drinking coffee on the balcony listening to the ocean and watching the waves. The resort itself was very nice, but they do need another elevator. Normally it wasn't too bad, but weekends are awful on the elevator. The condo itself was clean and comfy. Only small detail that I would change would be them leaving a few more consumables. Specifically, it would have been nice to have an extra roll of toilet paper and a little soap in the kitchen. Overall all though, I could not have asked for a better place for my honeymoon! I will definitely try to stay here again in the future!

Stay was great. The view was beautiful. Security and their rules for the pool were disappointing. My kids were not allowed to play with pool toys in the pool.... Neither were floats allowed in the pool. This was frustrating because we chose this place because they had multiple pools and my kids love the pool. Communication could have been a little better I did call and leave a message and never received a call back. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

The condo looked just like the pictures online. Check in was very easy. We had a great time. Only negative was the room was not cleaned the best and the bed was not very comfortable at all.

First, the unit. at first glance it was exactly like the picture and appeared clean. Once the couch was unfolded we swept crackers and food off the mattress before we could even make the bed. Then, upon unpacking, the ice maker is discovered not to work. I called Brian. he told me the cleaning had taken 4 hours and he would get on the the meantime, there were only 4 towels and 4 of us. towels needed to be washed daily. washer did not work. I texted Brian but got no response. came back to room after being on beach, and found a note that said don't turn on icemaker. When we got ready to eat, All plates and dishes had been put into cabinet dirty. We had to wash dirty dishes before we could eat. Additionally, the can opener did not work, and on our second day water had to be mopped off the kitchen floor because refrigerator had during the night.As for the Magestic and all its amenities, we were not impressed. Weight room and game room ALWAYS CLOSED AND LOCKED. There was only 1 movie all week at 6:30 Thursday night, our 5th day and departure time. These types of things put a negative feeling in the air of all guests after they have saved for months for vacation. We will never go back to this location or Panama Beach

The condo was perfect for our week long stay. When we got in the room there was only one wristband so we called Brian and he got someone to bring us some that day. The only negatives that I have to say are about the elavators at the resort were extremely slow and the parking was not convenient at all. It took us a long time to get down the pool and parking deck. Overall, it was a great time and we will definitely rent this same condo again.
