After staying at the 25hrs in Copenhagen, we were excited to experience another 25hrs hotel. The ambiance with the spaceship dark walls etc. was not clever nor inviting. We were happy to participate in the eco support of not having room service daily. But when we requested an extra towel or the trash to be emptied, we had to follow up several times before it was completed. There are SEVERAL other hotels that are nicer and a bit less expensive nearby. On the positive side, we will come back to enjoy the restaurant NENI (delicious!) and the top floor bar (the cocktail options were yummy!)

Staff was very friendly, room was clean and bathroom was roomy. Location was excellent and public transportation was very close by.

Greetings and check in where outstanding. The rooms different but nice. The breakfast was the best on this trip. I liked that the hotel was different from the most hotels. Only one big minus, but it’s a big one if you have an EV. We booked this hotel bet it’s location and that according to you have chargers for EV. Well they have two chargers and one had a Tesla charging and at the other was o hotel company car that wasn’t charging. So I asked in the reception if they could move so we could charge - got a big fat NO! But in the morning when I looked they had moved the car and a guest was charging. So I asked how come it suddenly was possible to move their car. They told me that the guest had been rudely demanding a charger so he got it! I tried ask nicely but I guess I should have been rude instead….

+ Efficient front desk. Allowed me to check in early. - My room was not serviced during my 2 night stay. - 8 breakfast charges appeared on my bill, even though I never went. They were eventually removed from the bill. - The coffee shop attendant is almost never there. I had to ask the front desk to charge me for my coffee, after waiting for a while. Looks like a great property otherwise, but I was surprised by how bad my experience was with respect to the overall service after checkin.

This was my second stay at this hotel, we stayed for three days, a lot of dust on the lamps and around the fridge, no one came to empty the trash or make the bed.

Industrial playful interior. Good charging facility for electric car. Nice cocktailbar. Good breakfast with sufficient choices.

The place is perfect for a city trip, as its just a quick walk away from Dom, Rhein and nearly every importand spot. Its modern, clean, friendly. Liked the room itself as well as the food up in the NENI and drinks in Monkey Bar. Would totally recommend this hotel.

beautiful 60s office bldg but all furniture is stained so badly and stains on carpets in hallways. Chairs in restaurant are all scratched and condition of hotel for only being 5 years old is really bad. Also heat doesn't work well and breakfast is not impressive. suite should have double sinks. Bar is so overcrowded with lineups on weekend and no priority for hotel guests.

Hotel was really nice with great facilities. Unfortunately the service lets it down.

This was my second time staying at the 25hours Hotel in Köln. I enjoy the atmosphere and the cool theme of the hotel. It is within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The rooftop bar, sauna, and lobby are nice perks. I hope to visit again soon.

The bed as a foot off the floor with no c chair to sit on or table. I had to get on my knees to get cloths out of my suitecase This room was just not functional

This hotel was a highlight of our trip, it had a good amount of character to it, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and we made good use of the coworking space and sauna in-between exploring the city (it's right around the corner from a subway station and an easy walk to the cathedral).

I enjoy my stay here and the weekend I was there it was there 5 anniversary so they had special offers, the monkey bar on the roof was nice with some great views. I would recommend this hotel and location.

Service, food (breakfast) and facilities top. Highly recommended and fantastic! Directly in front of the room was construction site and cigarette smoke corner. Should not give such rooms more offer. I had bad luck with the room selection. Should be at the reception alternative offers to exchange other room.

It was the second time in this hotel and as awesome as the first time.

the moquette in the structure smell also the smell of the restaurant go trough all the corridors in the rooms nice structure but the smell about moquette give a wrong feedback

submitted a complaint already. Not responsive to emails or phone calls. Huge construction site next door. Noisy. Delayed check-in. AC not working, forcing you to open windows that expose you to construction noise.

Excellent Check in by the female receptionist ( Iam so sorry i dont have the ladys name ) ! The same staff member helped me out with a " electrical " adapter as soon as i asked . I would like to praise the gentlemen who is the " Breakfast Host " - This is my second visit to " The Circle " and this young man is always at his " Breakfast Lecturn " ready to welcome guests for breakfast with his professional hospitality mannerisms. 25 Hours - The Circle - Cologne ( The Special One ) in Cologne!

I arrived late after a 10 hour trip. Felt like I had walked into a nightclub or film set. took me 15 minutes to find my room because of the space-age style numbering which I couldn't read properly. TV didnt work, took an hour before it got fixed, no room service ( you have to order from a wierd middel eastern fusion type menu and then collect yourself). No large fluffy bath towels just hard medium sized ones. Large room was the positive but full of retro style furniture and a bicycle to use while you are there. NOT SUITABLE FOR A BUSINESS TRIP

I genuinely enjoyed staying at this hotel. I was there for eight nights over the holidays. It’s near a major street with shops and you are a quick U-Bahn ride to the city center. It has interesting decor, a free mini-bar, good spa, and a nice view of the cathedral. The staff speak German and English and are helpful. It was a great value. I hope to return one day. :)

Loved the staff. Very helpful with all my questions. Hall carpets filthy and stained- not a good look. Stains on desk as well- some sticky.

Fantastic hotel. Really nicely designed. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable room. Would definitely stay again. The bar was also excellent.

Nice and modern decor. But the shower room is a big surprise since it’s glass door without a curtain and not much privacy since I’m going with a friend and not my partner.

This was one of the coolest hotels. Very unique, the room has really fun features and it's within walking distance to shops and food. Definitely recommend.

This is a great hotel, the space theme is brilliant and the kids loved it. The rooftop restaurant is brilliant as well.

Awesome hotel with creative vibe running throughout. There were just a few things missing, which would have made the stay absolutely perfect – no amenities in the rooms (kettle/tea coffee etc) but the first round in the mini bar is included. The bathroom was great, but the size of the towels were ridiculously small! And no hair conditioner provided which was a shame. The curtains could do with being blackout when you're in the outer circle rooms, the room gets very light when the sun rises. Pairing an Apple device to the TV also didn't work. But in general the room had a great design feel to it, and the bed was super comfortable!
