Beautiful hotel, very clean, big rooms, comfortable bed, pillows should be changed, breakfast was very good, plenty to choose from. Will definitely visit again. Would be nice to have some entertainment at night, but it was the end of the season.

The interior design of the hotel and the room were gorgeous, truly a 5* experience. The pool was large and the sun loungers at the beach sufficient, the restaurants around the hotel (Goldfish, MORE Beach, The Bay) served quality food at reasonable prices. But that’s where the 5* rating for the hotel ends! The service and most of the personnel were disappointing and do not in any way meet 5* expectations! Rude restaurant staff where even when spoken in Bulgarian they do not acknowledge you at all; the breakfast was the same every day of the week apart from fried mushrooms alternated with cauliflower! Despite it being from 7:30 - 10:30, if you went at 10 you wouldn’t find much (I heard many complaints about no bread left, or the pancake machine being switched off early). Most of the staff at reception were just as equally unhelpful and rude - we had arrived early due to the time of our flight and were welcomed by “Yeah, you are quite early” by one of the females at reception. Instead, you should say to your guests “That’s not a problem, you may still use our pool and beach facilities”. On top of that, we didn’t check in until around 16:30 due to “Covid procedures”! Another day we had asked a girl at reception to call us a taxi, she called once, said the operator couldn’t find one and told us to call one ourselves. Then she was too busy whispering and laughing with another receptionist right in front of us, disgusting and totally unprofessional! The nicest staff was the cleaner!

Beautiful lounge, comfortable and clean rooms, nice beaches nearby.

We loved our stay at Astor Garden. Our room was clean and spacious, and we loved our view from the balcony. Easy walk to the beach and the staff was friendly!

It was amazing. Unfortunately there are not family suites for booking but rooms only.

Very good location to the sea, beach, mineral water complex, botanical garden and proximity to the centre of Vfrna.

Facilities are amazing. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Food quality/breakfast is OK. Few beach restaurants with walking distance. Plenty of shops around. Only bad note is the Hotel policies.. we asked for emptying the mini bar we got exposed to 2 refusal before our demand was met. Done quite a bit of 4/5* first time I get a no for this specific demand. Queue at check out is also a problem. 2 staff for 15/20 people checking out at noon. Cleaning staff entered twice the room without knocking assumed no one was in which is quite bad...

We had a fabulous stay, it was just the shower door does not close, so you get water all over the floor. Which makes the floor very slippery We reported it to reception.

Great stay overall. Everything was top notch, all health and safety measures were up to standard. Staff was nice and accommodating.

Completely surprised! First with the beauty of the place (St. Constantine and Helena) and then with the excellent service that the hotel offers (position, facilities, parking...) The food can be more varied and better, but I understand that due to the situation with Covid and a smaller number of guests, the assortment is probably reduced as well. All praise for the protection measures in the hotel itself! The staff was friendly and room was great, the peace and beauty of the place itself ... What more is needed for a great vacation? :)

Very nice and beautiful hotel (new)! Only one comment, the is renovations in front of the pool, noise from 08:00-17:00...I hope this will be part of the hotel after, because no more sea view from floor 1-3...

Very poor service but good cleanness. Below average quality of food. and a lot of construction around. The place is nice but incompetent staff spoils the first impression.
