Staff went above and beyond. Nice sheets and proper pillows! Kitchen had full size appliances, dishes, pots, even glass bowls with lids. Makeup remover cloths in bathroom were a surprise.

The young man who checked us in was so very nice and pleasant. Hard to find these days. The room are very nice and spacious. I would come here again and again. Price is great, for a room this size.

Our stay at night was fine but at 9 o’clock in the morning housekeeping had knocked on the door once and went to open the door with their key, but I had bolted it shut so they couldn’t get in and I told them we were sleeping and didn’t hear anything after that. However, upon going in the bathroom in the morning, there were German cockroaches all over the bathtub, the bathroom floor, and the furniture in the room we were sleeping in. We reported it to the manager in the morning when we left regarding both incidences and requested that our receipt states that there were German cockroaches in case any of them made it home with us and we needed to have her home treated. The manager of the hotel called us a couple hours later and told us that we could not get reimbursed because I booked through Hotels.com

Very quiet and nicely appointed room and property. I traveled with a total of 7 people and found the den area very useful as a living room to meet and hangout.
I do wish the water pressure was harder, but it was hot and the dove products smelled amazing.
We had a 1 bedroom suite, and did not hear any neighbors at all. The temperature was perfect.
Breakfast was a standard buffet, hot foods and fresh waffles were options as well as cold cereal.
I stayed here for a cruise. It was 20 minutes from port, UBER was $20 with the tip.

First night the pair of dogs next door started barking at 6AM. Asked to move rooms for the second night and was told the only available room was on the first floor where all of the dog rooms were supposed to be. Second night dogs started barking at 2AM. Tried calling front desk to complain but the room phone didn't work. Front desk apoligized but did nothing. When the manager contacted the room in the morning the dog owner hung up on her.

Clean, comfortable room. Close, walkable proximity to Patriot’s Point. Ravenel Bridge and a very short drive to Shem’s Creek, Downtown, and numerous restaurants and shops. Pool was clean and breakfast was plentiful.

The property was ok. Seemed a lil dated. The rooms had a mildewed smell. Hotel staff was friendly. I’m not sure but I had several bite marks on my feet when I left the hotel. Not sure what that was about. Probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Check in process was easy, and staff was very welcoming and helpful. Room itself was spacious, clean, and well appointed. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure could have been better, but it was adequate. The location was close to forts, food, and city market. We would definitely stay here again.

All the staff at the property were very respectful and helpful if you needed anything. Breakfast options were great! This trip was for our son’s 1st bday and it was just great. The only negative is they never cleaned our room once while we were out the whole time we stayed. But it was great overall and would most definitely recommend this place especially for a family.

The toilet was filthy and the plates had to be cleaned because there was still food stuck in them. The walls are so dirty. Towels were dingy and gray.

My family had a wonderful four-night stay. The perfect distance from Charleston if you have a car-less than a 10 minute drive. The kitchen included a full size refrigerator. There were two separate bedrooms (one with a king bed and the other one with two queen beds), each with a full bath. The common sitting area was a great size for our family of four. The complimentary breakfast included many options. We would definitely stay there again.
