We didnt even get to go to this place because we cant hold of the property and they are nowhere to be found in GPS! Tried to report and complain to Expedia but offered no help nor resolution not even follow up, up to this point, 3 days later! This place shouldn’t even be allowed in their website in the first place! They should screen and filter more which places they offer! Very deceiving. Such a waste of resources, time and can ruin your trip! This is unacceptable and loyal custoners cant do anything about it! I choose to book it in Expedia as a loyal customer but this happened. I suggest to reconsider booking in a different company!

The place is fantastic. So big and airy. Waking up to those distant views was wonderful. It literally was the best place I've stayed in all of Bali. I am not a 5 star hotel person as I am not often in the room but I found it hard to leave the room as it was so peaceful and comfortable. The wifi was the best, never below strong signal. Shower was hot and spacious. Staff was very helpful without being intrusive. Wiann (spelling?) was so very sweet and kind. She even offered me a ride into town as I was departing. The young men were also very kind and friendly. They asked if I wanted the room cleaned each day. They had drinking water to refill your bottle. I was sorry I hadn't made this my entire stay in Bali, but I'm glad I went for the six days.

Stayed 4 nights in room 1 (ground floor), left without being cared and a stitched face.Pros:1) Location: In the middle of quiet rice fields, walking distance to Ubud Yoga House, great for those like to stay away from the busy Ubud main street area. It is about 10 to 15 minutes to walk to the main street in narrow field roads. You will need flash lights to walk back at night.2) Staff: very friendly and young. Though they dont really speak English and not trained.Cons:1) No management nor experience. The staff is not always there, dont expect service.2) Not a real pool and it got me injured. 😥 the wood deck by the pool was not sealed and there was no sign. I stepped on it and straight into a concred hole, thankfully i held myself and climbed out but was already hurt, so lots blood around. no one was there...I was covered in my blood all over my face, arms and dripped around the balcony, clothes, bag, room. very lucky to meet a neighbour who took me to the hospital. The doc said the cut was deep to the muscle by the eye and I was unluckily lucky for not losing my eye. We asked to speak to the owner but he remianed missing till even now. I had to cancel my dive trip due to this injury, changed hotel, pay 2mIRD medical bill. There is no sign and the deck wood was put back unsealed again when I left
