friendly staff, good location and comfortable apartment....

The location is great, 5 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from Yumbo, supermarket 2 minutes away. Check-in was great, we arrived at midday expecting to leave our luggage and check-in at 2pm, however we were told our room was ready and we checked in immediately. I have stayed here once before and had one of the rooms that open onto the pool, I had one of these again and they are great,

I was not expecting the 50 euro deposit on arrival in cash, I probably just didn't read that, but this is new since my last visit. Kettle had a broken lid, toaster broken, bottle opener broken, we got a replacement bottle opener from reception, the others we didn't worry about as this really is value for money.

Excellent cleaning staff, quiet location, friendly receptionists, everything worked, towels and bedding changed regularly Local supermarket 3 minutes from the apartment Pool area clean and well maintained

No complaints about the property itself Local bars / restaurants were mostly closed however was just at the end of the pandemic so not surprising

The rom was very nice , the place was situated in the centre of all the nice area

Good Location.

No air conditioning or fan. It is very unusual for a hot country. Find difficult to sleep.

even though they put us in a room where the Wi-Fi was suppose to be good. most of the time we had to use our mobile to hotspot the intent to be able to work. So don’t rely on WI-FI if you need to work or use it.

Nicely situated for beach and night life

The staff were more than helpful. The apartments were cleaned every morning aside from 2, fresh towels were provided. Bins were emptied everyday. There was a great coffee machine in the room. The clotheshorse to dry clothes was very convenient. The apartments were really close to the beach and Yumbo Center. Very close to a supermarket. Being able to buy water and bread rolls at reception is very convenient.

The kitchen could have done with a oven. The pool was not heated so I thought it was a little cold. The WiFi only worked some of the time. The apartment said it could sleep 4, but I thought there was just enough space for 1 person. If you are looking to party, chose a different apartment. While the apartments were clean, they are old and dated. There are 2 single beds which is a bit inconvenient. A double bed would be much nicer.

nothing,getting out in the morning and not coming back till night

it says WiFi available in all areas but when I asked about the girl said just in front,als there was no international tv channels to which the girl told me there were three English channels,she then turned on the tv in the lobby and there was none and while dealing with me she started to assist other people and left me standing,I waited 15mins and just left,I am now staying in an other hotel and it is allready better than fatty towers oops sorry amazonas,I would not recommend this place,mostly on the service this girl gave me but had time to laugh on her mobile
