Not up to the standard wen have come to expect from NH Hotels. We had to request additional coffee capsules each day of our stay, instead of having then left when the room was serviced. We also requested washcloths from several different staff, but none ever arrived. One of the windows did not seal properly which resulted in street noise disturbing our sleep. The lights around the bed did not work on one side. The window treatments on one of the windows were also not complete. All in all, extremely sloppy attention to detail.
We have stayed in NH hotels in Vienna, Verona, Bologna and Dresden and have always been extremely satisfied. Leipzig NH was a big disappointment. The staff could not have been nicer, but management needs to up their game on maintenance and attention to detail.

I had stayed at the Centrum about 2 years ago and was glad I could return, for all the reasons mentioned above. I was attending the Bach Festival and I believe it is the ideal location. My interaction with staff was mostly through the people working on the breakfast, which I found to be welcoming and helpful. Everything was super clean and the price was wonderfully competitive.

Convenient location, good breakfast. Unfortunately when I checked in the staff weren’t able to find my Expedia reservation on their system, but after showing them several emails from Expedia, they provided a room. They couldn’t explain why the reservation didn’t appear on their system.

Brand new with a lot of charm. Staff very helpful. Very good breakfast. Some amenities found only in 5 star hotels, like freshly squeezed orange juice in the lobby. Unbeatable value for money!

I stayed at the property during Wave-Gotik-Treffen festival. There were a lot of events downtown, but the hotel neighborhood was one of the quieter places downtown which I really enjoyed. The room I had which faced the inside court was really quiet so I could rest really well. Staff was friendly and quick. Loved this hotel, will be back.

No soap on the room and not refilled even after pointing it out. For two days.
Asked for parking and the receptionist points me to the wrong parking. When leaving and taking the elevator down to the existing parking garage I see free charging stations for electric cars. Asked for them when checking in. But they didn’t have any.
Small things maybe. But seriously annoying when you pay full price.

Hotel is great, centrally located in a pretty square with bars and restaurants right around the corner in the city center. The hotel is very new and clean, all amendities are new and there was a parking garage underground (CityParking by Apcoa) that could be accessed directly via the holtels elevators - super easy and convenient!
