Pousada bonita, paisagismo, café da manhã farto e variado, funcionários atenciosos, bom serviço de bar e restaurante, lazer infantil com monitores, piscinas.
Muitos mosquitos, o que não depende dos administradores e funcionários.

Gostei de tudo! Meus filhos foram muito bem recebidos pelos recreadores assim que chegamos na recepção. O quarto super confortável, amplo e limpo. O Jantar maravilhoso.Depois, mais a noite, pude curtir a piscina com o marido, pois a piscina fica aberta até as 23h.Café da manhã diferenciado, delicioso A Praia é bem pertinho, uns 2 minutinhos a pé. São tantos os detalhes que nos fizeram felizes. Toda equipe equipe está de parabéns!

A piscina climatizada superou nossas expectativas. Café da manhã muito bom, porém sentimos falta de alguns itens que eram ofertados nos anos anteriores ( waffle, ovos com bacon ). Quarto muito confortável e limpo. Animação excepcional.

Great set up with the pool in the middle so kids are usually pretty close by.
No TV at the bar or restaurant to watch the Flamengo game.

Facilities were great, very friendly staff, good options at restaurant, very well kept. Security was great too, I was at ease with my son running around as there was only one entry point that was staffed at all times. Kids area was nice, recreation staff were awesome.
There were no hooks in the bedroom /bathroom, nowhere to hang towels. We could have used a bedside table near the 2 single beds. Mattresses were quite firm.

The conditions of reservation/cancellation were misinformed by booking.

The kids club and the girls working in it were amazing. There was activities every day starting at 10:00 with something different every hour until a film with popcorn in the cinema at 5:30. The girls had so much energy and were brilliant with the children.
The complex has a brilliant layout, the bar/restaurant and play area is all beside the pool so not far to go to any place, play area for kids was excellent.

Would not be ideal Location if you wish to spend a lot of time in the main center of Buzios as it is a taxi ride away but excellent location and very short walk to Gerbia beach.

Great location. Set in lovely gardens around a nice pool - v relaxing
the requirement to book for breakfast seemed a bit bureaucratic, but that's a minor complaint!

Too crowded and noisy, too much people and kids running around (and we also came with a kid)
Not enough sun loungers in the pool
Our room was too empty of furniture
Breakfast a bit poor, terrible coffee
The Geribá beach was just terrible, way too much people and commerce, not inviting at all
The room could have complimentary water.
The key to the room was really tiny, didn't feel safe
It was very strange to give the guests at check in a pouch with all the remotes and air conditioning controller
