We were able to check in online. Exceptionally personable check in experience even through we arrived after hours on a holiday. Parking was great. Felt very safe. Room was huge with a nice view and very clean. Great breakfast.

The staff was top-notch - friendly and welcoming. Hotel in good condition but our bathroom had a slow-drain sink and some uneven surfaces. Overlooks Grasshopper Park for minor league ball in season. Great place, would definitely stay again, especially because of the staff.

Friendly, great staff. Very clean room. Perfect location with lots of good restaurants to choose from for evening dinner; all within walking distace. We went to a Tanger Center evening performance -- short walk from the hotel!

The room was okay but needs some attention. From the gross TV remote to the gross shower and slow sink drain, to the mediocre mattress and pillows, I was a bit shocked, given the price per night. The breakfast offerings were good and appreciated. Yet, the scrambled eggs were not from fresh eggs, maybe a powder of some sort.

The hotel served its purpose as we were there for the AAU Junior Olympics. Rooms were clean and staff was attentive. Breakfast in the morning was a plus! Free coffee!

Very outdated rooms, although i was told the hotel is fairly new. There are not much dining options within the hotel and the "convenience store" is just a very small space next to the reception, not even a store is more like a convenience wall, with limitted supplies.

Terrible experience. Paid for a room with view and staff said they don’t have that yet I paid extra for it. Staff and front desk unpleasant and unhelpful.
Breakfast next day was the worse of any hotel property I have been to. Out of coffee, eggs, sausage , french toast, plates, take out coffee cups.
I am not exaggerating about this property. I choose this due to what was described and closeness to event.

We enjoy the view from the suits. This hotel is very convenient to all our family down in NC. The staff is always pleasant and very helpful.
The only thing is the breakfast was disappointing this stay as the food was not refilled timely and if you weren't down early enough, most things were empty.
All in all, this is a friendly, clean and welcoming hotel.

Very pleasant downtown location snuggled amongst modern apartments and across the street from the Grasshoppers ballpark. Nice Greek restaurant down the block as well as food at the hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms. Seemed very reasonable for a prime location and included parking. Breakfast was very acceptable and included indoor and outdoor dining areas.

Booked an accessible room. Which was comfortable. However we were surprised that there was no way to open the door without assistance due to the weight of the door and inabity to operate it for the wheelchair user (me). Had i been traveling alone i would have needed ask for help every time i left or entered the room.

We booked 2 queens/doubles on Expedia but when we got to the property, they said they were out so we’d have to take a King w/a pull out couch. There were 4 of us & nobody wanted to sleep on the pull out couch. They offered to check a nearby location to see if they had any 2 bed rooms but we were already running late for a trampoline competition so we just agreed to take the king room. They said it was Expedia’s fault & didn’t check to see if there was a price difference. We had friends staying at the same hotel who had the same experience. The staff acted like since we booked through Expedia, we should just be happy to get any room.
