The appearance of the property from the outside exudes excellence. But once I entered the room it didn’t live up to my expectations. The carpeting throughout the facility and the rooms is old, faded, and need to be changed out. The standard room with two queen beds that I stayed in carpeting was awful. The chair to the desk which is located directly in front of the tv leaving no room to maneuver around was badly stained. My daughters and I had to put a towel over it just to sit. The stand alone chair was stained as well. The gym was nice clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and attentive.

We loved this hotel!! The only draw back is the parking lot should be a little bigger.

It’s the perfect spot to stay the night if you are driving to Orlando from the NE. Lots of dinning and shopping.

Floor smelt like majuarana and then the elevator was out due to fire alarm and no one evacuated.

The sheets were soft, the bed comfy and the service was very good.

Very nice hotel, clean, friendly staff, and great location

Not so good and I’m going to ask for a refund. NOISE up above us and NOW jumping and running and a LOT of loud thumping. We had a 15 hour drive and needed sleep. No soundproof room. And our room was ground level with TRAFFIC driving by and people walking past our window. We were unpacked and showered and we’re not about to ask for another room at a late hour. Terrible sleep for our family.

The “restaurant” was more of a cafeteria stand. The airport shuttle starts service at 6:30 a.m. so it doesn’t help those with first flights of the day. Front desk said bar is open until 10 p.m. but bartender closed as I sat down at 9:30, saying they close early if she feels like it. Our room had an AC unit that was SO loud and clunky, and the walls had patches throughout.

Bathtub would not drain, room was not thoroughly cleaned. Room service never brought fresh towels or wash cloths during our stay. Microwave had substance in it from previous guest. Bed linens on left side of room were not clean.

Everything was good. Only thing is that the pool was out of service my entire stay and that was one of the main reasons I booked here in the first place. Everything else was great service.

Nice property I would stay here again

Horrible staff with the exception of the bartender. She was awesome. The rest of the staff was clueless! Desk person told me knowing when wipes would be available for the fitness area was not her responsibility.

Great location close to the airport and next to lots of shopping, dining and entertainment options! They let me check in early and have been all around wonderful.

Great location if you need to be by the airport. Overall it was a nice property but the hall smelled like sewer the morning we left.

The location being next to the outlets was great! Very clean room, comfortable beds, nice pool and very modern.

Hotel was super nice, but the bed was way too firm and the pillows were really flat. Very uncomfortable night’s sleep while traveling. It was nice and clean otherwise.

Location is near Tanger outlet and Texas Roadhouse. Staff were smiling when we arrived and checked-in smoothly. Bed was comfy. Room and T&B were clean. A little bit far from downtown Savannah. But overall, it’s a nice place to stay.

We were on our way to Aiken SC to close on our new home. We arrived late on the 24th and up early the next morning needing to pick up a rental car. I found a number of charges on my account that were not mine. Showed the young lady at the front desk who said she would correct it. My reservation was made and paid for through Hotels.com...I have a charge on my card for $137.69. from my stay on 24 April. After closing I booked a second stay for 27April at the same property... spoke with the young man at check-in about the charge's from the first stay. He told me I need to talk with Celestine Rogers, whom I've tried to contact a number of times. This morning I called the property again and was told she would not be in till after 12 noon and I would need to call back...He would not take my name and number...So I called headquarters in Atlanta and registered a concern and complete. I still have $137.69 charged to my card and a $25 charge pending which is normal. While I have no complaints about the property itself.. it's new, clean and convenient ...I do question it's management and lack of front desk oversight and staffs abilities.
