Veey Good.

No hot water for the duration of my stay. The soda was heavily stained and the place was not clean overall. Very weak pressure for the shower. Looks like a not very well maintained 15 year old apartment.

We enjoyed staying at this property. Location is unquestionably super. Right accros the new gurney drive beach side promenade and near by to wide selection of culinary vendors. The unit itself is very new. the design is cozy. But there is always room for minor improvement, the pillow is a bit stinky from previous guest. And the entrance is a bit tricky. Which is located at the back of the building ( but I think this is not a big issue). You will easily find it. Will stay here again in our next trip.

Cleanliness is excellent. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The surrounding neighbourhood has plenty of dining options. It is a very ideal staycation for family.

Spacious, clean, good view facing the sea, safe and guarded, if you're driving, carpark is provided. Walking distance to food places, shopping malls, opposite the apartment there is a park for you to have a good walking exercise after a good heavy meals..

Good n comfortable. Except upstairs toilet sink water was flowing very slow.

Unit is clean. Face seaview. Prefer to have TnG card for paying deposit. Refund was received that night of checkout date.

Location is very convenient and in a couple of months, there would be a seaside front for strolls or jogs. Dim Sum and Tean Ean Local Products are walkable, so are the malls like Paragon and etc. Owner is easily contactable and provides clear instructions. Those with elderly folks, do take note that there is a flight of stairs to climb to reach the bedrooms and there are no white goods (Washing machine), these are not reasons to give this epic place a miss tho. If my family and I were to swing by Penang again, this would be first on our list. Highly recommended! :)

good view. but very noisy at night with walking noises. lifts lobby condition not pleasing. this unit is a low floor unit, overall still alright. decent and worth renting

Property owner has been wonderful! She’s flexible and understanding. Place was very clean and perfect view of the city and hills! Nice view to wake up to. However, few points that needed attention though. 1) bathroom has no shower curtain which makes taking bath rather challenging to keep floor dry. 2) limited TV channels as this is homestay and time spent in the property could be substantial. 3) master room can be very hot in the afternoon due to the afternoon sun so rmbr to keep the aircon running for this room. Otherwise, we’ve enjoyed our stay in this property and extremely convenient to find Penang hawker Food!! Pulau Tikus market just a stone throw away and Gurney Plaza too! Thumbs up!

Toliet door at living area need to change, plants dying and the leaves have mold. Very limited on tv channels. Facd towel not provided too.

We stayes at 6-3A, very good view but the apt condition was bad. Heater is spoilt and did not repair even until we check out. Another toilet door spoilt and was locked inside for 30mins.

Like-Location Dislike - shower stall has no curtains, after shower water everywhere, dangerous fall hazard.

Good location, but the our room was well below expected standards. Holes in the wall, broken toilet seat, pantry doors hanging by a thread. When I approached the property manager she said she was well aware of the issues and would fix them after we leave 😏

Conveniently located. My 2-storey room is spacious, clean and tidy. If equipped with washing machine would be perfect
