property was clean and helpful staff. - had a maintenance issue with door and this was dealt with efficiently and in a very timely manner

advertised with gym - but this was closed during stay for an upgrade

Excellent little hotel close enough to lots of amenities. Staff very friendly. Room cleaned daily even on holidays and fresh towels daily. Large selection for breakfast. Nice suntrap at front of hotel.

the only thing which is good is breakfast. it is not amazing but it is at least good.

I don’t know if I have to be rude to get a service here or there is no chance at all. I have been very kind and all the time asked gently with smile.. All they do is smile back and say sorry. how hard it could be to make cleaning woman understand what we need?!?! BEDS: first night we arrived at night with late check in and told to receptionist to change our bed or room for the next day because we couldn’t choose double bed option from booking. second day we told receptionist again and she said she cannot change because cleaning lady already left, which was a lie because cleaning lady was in our room but she said it is late to put matress so she cannot ask to cleaning lady to work more for our request. it has been our third night and now they just say “sorry” and yes the bed is still seperated single. TOWELS: yesterday cleaning lady was in our room to change only our towels and she left only 1 towel. today the room is clean but there is no towel at all. the problem is WE ARE 2 PEOPLE! We have been here for work and we were going to extend our stay for 12 more days but this is not a case anymore. this hotel at winter time is a disaster.

Everything was nice and smooth. Special thanks to the reception manager Nasser (hope I am pronouncing the name correctly) for support and local recommendations. Do not miss Antic Forn De Maysa bakery offering AWESOME local treats. It is right across the street from the hotel. Recommended by Nasser to us.

We did not realize that we need to remind about the bed linen change. Otherwise the bed is not changed.

Dogs allowed in rooms...no hdmi socket on tv I could get at for my fire stick..

Staff we're really friendly. Let us get ice from the ice machine for our room. 3 star at best though not 4! Good breakfast.

No fridge in room.

The staff were attentive and cheerful all the time, whatever I asked for help with I got it with a smile. They cleaned the room every single day. Choice options for breakfast were certainly one of the best. My next trip to Mallorca, I will definitely choose Santa Ponsa Pins.

The hotel was lovely, quiet and clean. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The room was small but it was clean and the bathroom was prisine. The towels were changed every day and the bed was made up. The lady doing the house keeping was very friendly. Altogether a brilliant place and location. I will be back.
