This accommoation was perfect for us. We travelled with another couple. Bedrooms in good location. Super comfy beds and linen. Large deck overlooking the bay with easy access super clean bbq and kitchen. Huge smart tv. New washing machine and dryer and nice bathroom products as well. Sweet additions , fresh milk and little chocolates ❤️ Food delivery found us easily. Lovely breakfast place down the road witch is within walking distance if feeling energetic.

Just be mindful the driveway is steep but you can park roadside and access down to villa is a steep slope for anyone with a walking disability however our friend managed ok with a walking stick as there is a solid handrail along the fenceline.

The views were amazing and the fridge was enormous and the oven worked well. Saw the training sip SS Leeuwin sailing in Middleton Bay one day.

A pot mitt would have been useful getting hot food from oven and the TV was difficult to operate. By the time one learned how to use it the program had finished!

The location was amazing and the house was just perfect

The view is wonderful, the apartment is recently upgraded, all is new and nice.

The towel “policy”. For 3 adults, we were given: 1x bath mat, 1x hand towel for all to share and 1x shower towel and 1x small wash cloth for each person. After the first 2 nights I texted the owner and politely asked for a set of fresh towels. I was told very abruptly that what they provided should be adequate for our stay (3 nights) and they even questioned if something had happened with the towels. I just replied that nothing has happened, but that I change the towels more often at home (and we all have our own towels, not sharing a hand towel between 3 adults and use the same wash cloth for 3 nights, so 4 days). I also added that I will wash them myself, as there is a washing machine and dryer provided, but they haven’t reacted in any way. Therefore I had to spend 3-4 hours during the day in the apartment to wash and dry the towels so that we can use them before bedtime and the following morning. This made me question if the hygiene is a problem with this place and just because it is all new it’s not yet very noticeable. Definitely don’t think that asking for a clean set of towels for a 3 night stay @$1,000 is unreasonable. Unfortunately the way this was handled left a bitter taste in my mouth and I won’t be returning. Maybe some education in hospitality hygiene and customer service would help make a difference. Surely investing in an additional set of towels is not that hard or expensive.

Fantastic location with sweeping views over the beach. Pristine apartment with quality fittings and appliances. Extremely comfortable and ultra clean. Lovely large balcony with excellent BBQ. Superb wet room with huge shower and brand new washer and dryer. Jug of water, milk and chocolates in the fridge was a nice welcoming touch. I can't praise the place enough.

Steep slope of driveway surprised us (our own is flat), but was actually fine and did not detract in any way from the excellence of this property.
