Very organized, professional and forthcoming stuff. Top location just outside Santa Marta, with own beach, few minutes of drive from the airport. I have booked a single room with two beds and pool view, bud got the whole apartment with two rooms, four beds and a balcony with pool and sea view. The food was a special story. With all-inclusive you get a rich buffet, italian and fish food restaurants, lots of free drinks, salads and fruits. Traditional cuisine was phenomenal. Amazing tour to Playa Crystal. Special events for kids every night. Swimming pools both for kids and adults. Way above a 3-star hotel.

WiFi signal sometimes not reliable.

Beautiful view from the 9th floor. Most of the staff were really friendly. The meat restaurant was good. Eggs and pancakes at the breakfast were good as well.

Most of the staff doesn't speak english. Bedroom were dirty; hair on the shower head and on the ground, rust on the shower head. Rooms look old. The italian restaurant is really a no go with disgusting food.

The employees other than the checkin and reception staff

Checkin was terrible. They lost our reservation even though Booking sent it twice. Spent an hour while they searched then was told we needed to wait another hour for the people who could handle it came back from lunch. Then 2 hours later another half hour at reception. Dinner is very small portions. From 10 in the morning until evening rap or other pounding music - never different - at the beach and throughout the property.

The shows at night were really good but if you want a drink you have to walk 10 mins It use to be near the show it was nice then

Loved the attention and the rooms The rooms are very comfortable and new, And the staff is amazingly corteous polite, helpful nice, kind, friendly... Simply spectacular!!
