Nous avons un emplacement fantastique, à une courte distance à pied des supermarchés, du marché hebdomadaire, des boutiques, des bars et de nombreux restaurants. Kalkan "vieille ville" avec ses rues pavées peut être atteint, à pied, dans 8-10 minutes. Il n'y a pas besoin de taxis quand votre séjour à Villa Sari Lale.
Il y a une grande piscine privée, un jardin arboré avec divers arbres fruitiers (avocat, orange, grenade et olive) et une grande terrasse ensoleillée avec de nouvelles chaises longues, des parasols et un hamac. Une zone ombragée, idéale pour les repas al fresco, est proche du barbecue traditionnel en pierre et a grandi ottomane "chill out" coin salon. La villa dispose d'une cuisine moderne entièrement équipée, de 4 salles de bains rénovées et de toutes les chambres donnant sur des balcons offrant une vue spectaculaire sur la mer.
Le rez de chaussée comprend un plan de vie / cuisine ouverte avec accès direct à la terrasse de la piscine. Il ya aussi une salle de douche au rez de chaussée.
Le premier étage dispose de deux grandes chambres doubles avec salle de bains privative donnant sur un balcon de balayage avec vue sur la ville et sur la mer. Le logement lumineux et aéré niveau du toit comprend une chambre double et la salle familiale pour inclure un lit double et deux lits simples ouvrant sur une terrasse sur le toit fabuleux offrant les meilleures vues sur la mer. Il ya aussi une autre salle de bains à ce niveau.

great villa with everything you would need, close to all bars , shops & restaurants but be warned of the hills in 40' + heat you may need a taxi home around 150 lira (£3.60), down hill all the way to the front but up hill all the way back, our 1st day at the villa we were told to let the local management know when we wanted the drinking water changing which we thought was great only to get a bill at the end , it wasn't expensive (150 lira a bottle) but we should have been told before hand, the pool was quite warm but maybe cos of the 40'+ heat , all in all had a great time and thank you angela for letting us stay in your villa for our 1st time in turkey.

We wanted to rent a villa that would cater for our whole family including grandchildren, so ranging in age from 2 to 70. The villa is ideally located for everything (it is on a steep hill, but good exercise whilst on holiday!) - supermarket was a stone's throw away, harbour (so boat trips), local restaurants in spades - we found everything we needed. Angela was very thorough and prompt in her communications and very helpful in arranging our transfers to & from the airport. The villa is spacious and well equipped (even having a cot and highchair and some lilos for the pool), the garden is gorgeous and the pool very inviting, clean and a great added bonus. All in all we had an amazing week and would certainly return. Many thanks.

The villa was very spacious and comfotably accommodated us all. 8 including 2 children.
Yusuf the friendly manager helped in providing water bottles and a private trip on a boat, he was on call for any help if you need it.
There are many eating places in Kalkan but this vist we managed to utilised some of the places between the villa and the centre. All where very good. The supermarket is within a 5 min walk for all the essentials.
I would gladly use this villa in the future if we return to Kalkan.

This is a lovely villa with enough outdoor space to spread out. We thought the cushioned seating/bed was a marvellous addition and spent quite a bit of time relaxing on it in the shade. There are quite a few steps down to the villa from the road so it’s not ideal for older/less mobile people. Fabulous views especially from the top balcony! We had a couple of minor issues as Yusuf was ill during our stay, however we had a really lovely relaxing time.

We are a family of five and having stayed in Kalkan many times before I can highly recommend the beautiful Villa Sari Lale. The outside has a fantastic pool, large lounging area with eight sunbeds, a large dining area and an authentic ottoman seating in the shade.
The views from the top floor terrace towards the sea are wonderful. It has a further small dining table and four comfy chairs - a great place for an evening drink!
Thank you to Angela for the ease of booking and allowing us to stay in your lovely villa and also for arranging transfers.
Thank you also to Yusuf for looking after us and the villa. We hired a car through Yusuf for a couple of days - nice car and best price!

The villa is in a great location up the main road from town behind the Migros supermarket and has everything you could possibly need.

We had a fabulous family time at this beautiful villa. The pool area is great and the villa is even better than the photos. It’s close to the Migros shop and Bim as well as a lovely deli style shop and greengrocers. It is hilly so be prepared for that but it’s truly worth it.

Fantastic first experience renting this fabulous villa from Angela through VRBO. Communication was very prompt with extremely helpful and useful information provided for organising the stay, transfers, local area and trips. The local agent, Yusuf, was able to assist during our stay.
The villa was well equipped, very comfortable with a lovely pool.

Lovely stay
This is a very well equipped and spacious Villa in a good location. The outside space is excellent with shaded areas and lots of sunbathing space. The villa is approx 10 to15 minutes from the centre of the old town although there are other bars and restaurants closer. A large migros is literally 2 minutes away. Angela was great in rearranging dates and keeping us informed during these difficult times. And finally Yusuf who looks after the villa is brilliant. Incredably helpful and personable.

Good location.
Villa in a good location for walking into town, might sometimes need a cab back as a steep hill, not good when it's hot. Villa was spacious and outdoor space was great with a well shaded seated area. The only downfall was the load music coming from the nearby gym during the day which spoilt quiet relaxing time round the pool.

The whole family enjoyed a great week in this lovely villa. The location is very close to the old town, beach club and a large supermarket so everything we needed was within walking distance. The house is comfortable and as described. We would like to return and would definitely recommend.

A truly superb Villa with fantastic views.
My family and I (6 adults) have just returned from a two week holiday at Villa Sari Lale. The villa is spacious, very comfortable and equipped to a very high standard. The villa is in a quiet location, yet situated perfectly. There is a Migros supermarket just around the corner and it's only a 10-15 minute downhill stroll to the town/harbour, where there are plenty of shops, bars & restaurants. The pool was great and is a good size with easy access in and out via the 3 steps on the side. Although I would like to mention there is no shallow end. There is plenty of seating around the villa, whether it's in the sun or in the shade. We enjoyed the roof terrace in the evenings the most with the stunning views of the sea and mountain, while sipping a glass or two of wine, Amazing!! . I would also like to mention Yusuf the maintenance guy /gardener/pool cleaner. He was very helpful and we made the most of his knowledge of Kalkan from arranging boat trips, places to visit in and around Kalkan and even collecting the large containers of water for us. (priceless) Lastly, I would like to thank Angela, she answered all my questions & queries before we travelled regardless of how trivial they were. I would certainly recommend this villa to my family and friends and we will definitely return to Kalkan in 2019 hopefully to Villa Sari Lale.

A lovely Villa situated close to town where everyone makes you feel so welcome .
We have just return from a two week stay - the Villa is beautiful and well equipped with every thing you need . The Villa is situated about 10 min walk to the town where there are over 100 resteraunts . It’s a very friendly and safe place to stay - I will be returning to Kalkan again . Angel the owner responsed very quickly to any enquiries and arranged transfers to and from airport . I would defiantly recommend this Villa especially for families - Thank you Angela x

Beautiful Villa in a great location.
Villa Sari Lale is exactly as described on the Owners Direct site and everything we hoped it would be when we booked. We were a mixed age (22-66) party of 8 and were thrilled when we arrived. The Villa has a great location with a choice of Supermarkets, Restaurants and Bars in a short walking distance (some literally round the corner) though it is quiet and private for lazing round the pool during the day. It is modern, spacious and has all the amenities you would want to make you feel at home as soon as you arrive.
We had all travelled to Turkey before, though not to this area, and Kalkan and the surrounding area is stunning. There are great beaches, historical monuments and beautiful scenery - something for everyone. Though a car is not essential as Taxis are freely available and relatively inexpensive, we hired a car for a couple of days to explore further afield and hired a boat through Josef, the local agent, for a day trip around the coast which was magical. We had a special, memorable holiday in Kalkan and will be back.
Just worth mentioning the organisation and communication with the owners of the Villa, the local agent and Owners Direct was faultless.

Beautiful spacious villa, excellent location and fantastic hosts
The villa was perfect and had all we needed for our stay. It was very spacious (even for 10 guests), great air con, all linen and towels (bath and pool) provided, which was fantastic. The outdoor area is great - good sized pool, plenty of loungers and a charcoal barbecue which we loved. The villa has three decks which all have amazing views over Kalkan - perfect for sunset drinks.
The location is also great - about a 10 minute walk into the old town. The nearest supermarket is only 2 minutes away.
Angela the owner and Yusuf were also incredibly helpful and responsive - helping us to arrange transfers and activities for our stay. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic villa... enjoyed every minute
We have just arrived back from our fabulous holiday in Kalkan in the absolutely superb Villa Sari Lale. Travelling as a large group accompanied with small children we were highly impressed with the location of the villa. It was a 2 minute walk to the local super markets which catered for all our needs. There were also many restaurants just a few minutes walk away from the villa offering local Turkish food at very reasonable prices.
All members of the party were truly impressed with the villa, we felt very comfortable and found it to be very spacious. The pool was brilliant to cool off and we spent most of our time in the pool and the relaxing area at the back in the garden, this was my favourite area to chill out especially in the evenings.
The descriptions given by the owner were very accurate regarding the location, layout and facilities, we felt at home.... it was truly our home away from home.
The villa was spotless when we arrived and is very well maintained, Yusef is absolutely brilliant and is just a text message away and ensures he delivers a fast and efficient service.
Angela was great in every way, providing me with all the information needed, she was also very patient and endeared with all my requests and answered many (many) of my questions and enquiries. It was truly excellent customer service from both Angela and Yusef.
I would highly recommend this villa to family and friends and have already done so, we are hoping to return in the summer of 2018 hopefully to Villa Sari Lale.
Kalkan is a brilliant holiday destination for those wanting a relaxing break, beautiful sunshine, lots of excursions meeting individual needs, lovely beaches, restaurants offering delicious food.... bliss!!!!

Awesome Villa Sari Lale - exceeded our expectations
Having stayed at Villa Sari Lale with friends (4 ladies), we were blown away with how wonderful this villa was and it truly exceeded our expectations.
The Villa was extremely clean, well maintained, with a very spacious open plan lounge/modern kitchen and wonderfully furnished with everything you needed for a perfect holiday.
There are four large beautifully decorated bedrooms (one was a huge family bedroom containing a double and two single beds) and a total of four very modern bathrooms.
Each bedroom has a balcony furnished with table and chairs where you have magnificent views overlooking beautiful Kalkan, which is a place in Turkey we had not visited before, although somewhere that we will certainly be visiting again (definitely looking to book again next year)!
The outside garden area is fabulous with a contrast of colourful plants, fruit trees and shrubs which are so very pretty and there is a very relaxing 'cosy corner/chill out area' with comfortable seating and lots of cushions - perfect for a bit of shade when required. There are ample comfortable sun loungers (including a huge hammock) and outdoor table and chairs with large parasols - a great place to enjoy our food and beverages (there is even a brick built barbeque).
The pool is absolutely amazing, (just the right temperature and extremely clean) and I found it to be one of my favourite places to relax, floating around on the air bed or the foam noodles (all provided for use at the Villa). Another great aspect was that all bath, pool and beach towels were provided which was a great help not having to pack to take along.
I would class the Villa as very luxurious although also a 'home from home' and we did not want to leave.
The main area of Kalkan was a 5 minute walk where you find a wonderful selection of quaint shops and restaurants along cobbled streets leading down to the harbour to take in the glorious views. It is a fascinating little town and we found the locals to be very friendly and accommodating - we loved everything about it!
Overall, we consider Villa Sari Lale to be the most wonderful, relaxing holiday haven and would certainly recommend to family, friends and anyone looking for something a bit special that retains the comfort of feeling at home. We are certainly looking forward to returning in 2017!!!

A Kalkan Delight!
We have just returned from having a brilliant holiday at the villa, we found it extremely well equipped with everything you need for a great holiday. The bedrooms are all spacious and air conditioned which was needed with 40degree temps, and all the bathrooms were beautifully finished. We all enjoyed the pool and spent many hours on the sun terrace. We enjoyed an evening meal one evening on the terrace with kalkan lights in the background it was magical. There are dozens of restaurants you will be spoilt for choice but a couple we found excellent were Akin, the Olive Garden and Seaport all worth trying. The villa is in a good location and private with brilliant views and the grounds and pool were tended everyday thanks Yuseff. We also took advantage of the transfers offered by the owner and found this completely hassle free and so booked a car for a few days also though same,and this was sorted with no effort and delivered and collected to the villa. All in all a brilliant holiday enjoyed by all in excellent accommodation.

Beautiful and spacious villa
I was attracted to this villa by its stunning views and excellent location and I can honestly say I wasn’t disappointed. Only 5 minutes walk from the town, but totally private. The villa was really clean with good fixtures and fittings. It is set out over 3 floors with a great roof terrace looking over the town and sea. The children loved the pool. One of the best holidays I’ve had for a long time. We shall definitely return.

A Turkish Delight!
We had a wonderful holiday at Villa Sari Lale. The villa was exceptionally well equipped, very spacious and in a great location. Everything is within a short 5-10 minute walk. The new owners were so helpful and have furnished the villa to an excellent standard. Great sized pool and enjoyed G&Ts late afternoon in the ottoman area.
We highly recommend staying at this villa and hope to return soon.
