The location is great. The subway station is 4 minutes away. There's a supermarket and a convenient store right next to the hotel, and another convenient store if you take a left. There are multiple coffee shops in the area including one at the hotel. A few minutes walk and you'll be at Insadong Culture Street (we found some of the best souvenirs there). 10 minutes away and you're at Jonggak Street of Youth; this place is filled with food, restaurants, bbq places, bars and more. Most of them stay open late including a BHC branch. The best part about the location is that even though everything is pretty close, you'll not hear a sound in your room. It's very calm and we slept peacefully. We loved how secluded our room was especially that we were travelling a long period.

The rooms are not well lit. It was a struggle doing hair and makeup. The AC is too weak; it mostly functions as an air circulator not a cooling device. The room temperature stays at 23-25 C degrees which after being out for a whole day in 35+ degrees sweating and suffering, you'd expect to go back to a cool room. The AC was our biggest disappointment. The fridge is pretty much useless, doesnt cool water and can't leave food in it. The house keepers tend to knock the door even when you have 2 signs saying "do not disturb".

Si tratta di un hotel di buon livello, ho trovato la stanza un pò piccola ma ben arredata e con un letto ampio e confortevole. Il bagno funzionale anche se un pò piccolo. Nel complesso un buon albergo.

La mia stanza era accanto ad una stanza riservata allo staff che produceva continui rumori prodotti da qualche apparecchiatura dell'hotel. Purtroppo si sentiva parecchio di notte.

Location is excellent and the room spacious and comfortable. Close to metro station, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Staff super friendly. Loved it!

Nice neighbourhood Helpful staff

The breakfast is in a cold windowless basement. We ended up not going after the first day because of how unpleasant it was. The room is smaller than I thought and was a bit tight for two people for 4 nights.
