Great location and spacious room..

All new features television was so big and had Netflix and everything you needed! Beautiful room, bed was comfortable, bathroom was lovely, new kettle! Would definitely stay again! Location was in old town! Host was brilliant, always there if you needed him!
If you have problems getting up stairs then this isn’t the place for you, there are a lot of stairs to climb to get to the rooms, however the host is there to help with luggage! It’s worth it as the room was clean and new and wonderful:)

We liked the location of the room which was just inside the old town wall, through the Sea Gate which was approximately 100m from where the airport bus terminates. The room was as shown in the photos and is to a high standard with everything in working order particularly the AC. The shower was hot and refreshing and came with basic toiletries. The bedroom was very spacious and comfortable with views overlooking the street which goes directly to the Forum and Riva. Our host Marko was very helpful and amenable. The room is located on
the 3rd floor of the yellow building to the right of the town wall entrance when entering from close by the airport bus termini. An ATM is adjacent to the dark red outside door entrance to the building which helps in locating the room.
We were not prepared for having to pay cash for most meals and services. Consequently we had to make use of ATM's which are numerous in and around the Old Town.

Loved everything about this apartment. It is on the top floor and without elevator. The accommodation was great and within walking distance ti everything.
Since it is downtown, there is no parking. There is a parking lot that is cheaper but it is about a 15 minute walk.

The location in a quiet block just off one of the main streets in the old town was excellent, a short walk from almost anywhere in the old town, so you are 5, maybe 10 minutes from most of the best restaurants, to the boat stop to Preko, the Sea Organ, the town square and the bridge over to the new town and there is a bakery, coffee shop and supermarket really close by. Marko was a very helpful and friendly host who picked us up from and dropped us off at the airport. We also hired him to take us to Krka National Park. He can rent you bikes and has lots of ideas for places to visit. Recommended!
We didn't mind the walk up the stairs and being on the top floor gave it roof top views from the balcony but I would suggest anyone with mobility issues might want to consider elsewhere. Also, the apartment could do with a kettle.

The AC is in the living area and couldn't cool the rooms which are big. Because it was very hot those days, opening the windows made the apartment even hotter.

The location is perfect, 5 minutes walk for swimming, 5 minutes walk to bus station to the airport, in the city center.

Modern apartments with all necessary. We stayed only for 1 night, but good experience. Host was very kind to store our baggage next day. Apartments are exactly in the heart of old city with a view to the bay, 10 minutes walk from sea organ and other sightseeing’s. Highly recommend to stay here !

The apartment is well situated in city center, easy to find, everything is close. It is very nice, modern, clean and very well equipped apartment with beautiful view to the harbour from balcony. I wish I could live here! Our host Olga was very friendly and helpful. She gave us a lot of informations about the city and we felt very welcome here. I will definitely come back here again soon!

The apartment is very nice, well equiped, very good beds, beautiful view to the harbour and close to the old town. Our host was very friendly and helpful, we felt very welcome and will definitely come back again!

Great location, it's walkable to every must visit places. Nice size apartment, perfect for 4 people (but probably not for 2 couples since 2 people are sleeping in a comfy sofa in the open living room).
Olga was really nice and helped us on everything that we wanted, for example she helped us organized a day trip to Plitvice plus drove us back personally to the airport on the last day. Olga also gave us some recommendations on which restaurants to visit and they're all wonderful, tasty and affordable.
The Wifi was really fast and it was free of charge as well. Plus Olga provided some coffee, tea, sugar, etc. so we don't have to buy those things.
The best part was that Olga was aware that it's my mom's bday and she gave her a chocolate, a very well appreciated gesture.
There are some stuff in the apartment that needs fixing but Olga made you aware of it from the beginning, so no nasty surprises.
Plus I wasn't aware that the payment is cash only and on the spot during check in, but it was easily sorted.
Keep in mind as well that it's located on the 2nd floor with no elevator. It wasn't a problem for us but probably relevant for people with disabilities.
