The breakfast was very good for its price.

The wifi was quite weak on the 2nd floor, perhaps could install a few more for the upper floors

Hostel with rooms for our family of four was nicely clean, welcoming and comfortable. Town center and trail heads a short walk.

First of all the personal was so nice and give quick response to my messages. They were really helpful and kind. Samira saved my life. The breakfast really nice.

Just one little problem was not having wifi access in the room. If there was, definatelly 10/10 experience.

i liked the views so much, a balacony terrace has views like in story tales and fictions

i didn't like that the staff were not there for most of the time. they only come for 2 hours each morning and 2 hours each evening. if you needed urgent thing, most probably you won't find anyone.

The location was too good and you could even see mount Titlis and a small nearby lake from your hostel room. The staff was good and our stay also included the breakfast. Nearby points are at a walking distance. We had a pleasant stay and I would recommend this hostel for anyone who stays in Lucerne.

Great location and view, spacious room

The hostel staff was very kind to upgrade my room and allow late self-check-in. The location is also very convenient as it is only 8 minutes from the railway station and up to 10 minutes to the Mt. Titlis cable car.

I didn't get any towels, and pillows could've been more comfortable.
