Pretty clean. Nice ocean view. Helpful facilities such as a laundromat and gym.

It would be helpful to know their front desk closes at 1230am. And check ins end at midnight. We just barely made it. Front desk lady was very rude and annoyed when we showed up at 1230am.

The room does not have wifi. Very noisy, windy and poor quality so bad that I did not stay and booked another hotel down the street.

Parking fee is way to expensive for a hotel that is below average. Double beds sucked in a small room. U get what u pay for

Not an ideal place to stay at all. Super strange vibe all around. Recommend staying at a better hotel near by for about the same rate.

Older style hotel.needs a makeover

Hotel was dirty and super outdated. no house keeping was done at any point during our week long trip. I had to sign form for clean towels and bring my dirty ones to the front desk. the trash was never emptied from our room, walls are very thin no ac just wall cooler that cooled nothing.

Rooms are clean, nice pool and hot tub, plenty of room to walk around inside the hotel, friendly staff, shopping and food is close by

The property had started to do some remodel. According to an internet search the building was built in 1979 and some features appeared to be original. Room was small but clean. Parking was not included! This detail I missed upon booking it. Parking ran from 40 to $45 per day. Staff was courteous. It was a good 15 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurant options within walking distance.

We had 3 rooms, no one did room service for us. We had to ask for our own towels and toilet paper at the check in desk. We turned in 3 sets of keys and the receptionist said that we only turned one set in and that she would bill us for the other two. We told her to check her drop box for those other two sets of keys. She would not give us a receipt for what we did turn in; she said that the receipt would come in from Expedia, the vacation planner we used. There was a big cockaroach in our room that was flying all around us until we were finally able to catch and kill it with a towel.

This stay was one of the poorest stays in two years. There were problems with the room and noisy nosy neighbors. Usually I do not have too many problems with this hotel

Ahola this hotel is so bad .. We check in and staff is nice ,but the place is horrible!!! We had to move hotels because there was blood in my pillow little splashes. A dirty sock on the floor. Bed was over all was terrible the furniture was old beat up seats where torn the mirror was so dirty not even center . Everything is very old and smells weird dirty. We got so ichy the more we try to like it and thought we where exaggerating . But we just couldn’t take it . The manager try tell me it’s Expedia fault they’ve cat fish me in there photos !! My response was I’ve honestly been booking them for year never had experience like this before. I also paid 300$ parking (It’s disgusting guys where peeing on the parking garage you can imagen how that smell !

The 7-11 has trouble with bums panhandling, but they do call the police. However it's still very unpleasant some days

This hotel was horribly dirty. Blankets and floors were extremely dirty upon arrival. Parking is 45 a day even if you’re there only for a couple hours. An extra room charge per day as well. Restaurant for breakfast was almost 250 for breakfast for 5 and food was very bad go somewhere else. Beach was 20-30 min walk

It was close enough to places we wanted to go.

Horrible experience. No parking available and no one to assist my husband with 2 special needs boys. There was no luggage rack to take our luggage up to the room. The room was on the 21st floor. It was such an inconvenience trying to look for parkingand ended up getting charged $4 per hour for parking. I will never book here again ever!!!

The doorframe broke when we walked through with our suitcase, the room smelled, the towels were dirty, the TV remote didn't work. When we called for new towels they told us to bring down the dirty towels to exchange them for clean ones, they sent someone to look at the remote and he said he worked for the building not the hotel and couldn't help us. We stayed for about an hour and only to be able to find another hotel to book. When we went down to check out and complain, the girl at the desk was rude and said the manager wasn't there so I'd have to call the next day. Never apologized or asked if there was anything she could do to help.

Decent space to stay. Disappointed with lack of parking. Private lot attached to building was expensive. $45 a day

The hotel was pretty run down, at least the room. Wasnt at the pool. No beach towels, like our other hotel at Waikiki had.

Worst experience in this hotel since the moment of check in there customer service is really bad everyone always answered in a rude way when we asked to change towels or ask for toilet paper. Our bathroom sink and shower got flooded we called and did not even got offered to switch rooms. Toilet bowl driped water so our floors were always wet. Never will we book at this hotel

Terrible, springs protrude from mattress. Water pressure from shower was minimal and a/c unit made more noise than anything. Manager was excellent.

Room was not clean and staff was not helpful.

Not the best but not the worst. Pros: Wifi fast, parking was well lit and protected, room was clean, AC worked, refrigerator and micro provided. Cons: Old, rooms outdated, bed was not comfortable, parking was $40/day CASH ONLY, no balcony or lanai. All in all, stayed only 2 nights and did not stay in the hotel much. I wouldnt stay here again if I had the choice.

Didn’t take any pictures. But there was roaches and bed bugs all in the room we were in. Bed sheets were not washed nor cleaned. Poor customer service. Desk always put you on hold when they weren’t busy. Towels were not actual hotel towels, they were extremely thin. And when we had to get new towels we had to go downstairs to get new ones.
