The heater by the window made a lot of noise outside of the room constant banging noise I don’t know what it was. I did the check in online and I had to do it again when I got there.The curtains didn’t close properly so the light was shining in.

We've stayed at this hotel several times and never had a bad experience. It's conveniently located and budget friendly. Everything was clean, but the floor. It needed to be mopped. I walked barefoot the 1st night for a short time and the bottom of my feet were black. Other than that, everything was great. It's an older hotel but furnishings and tv have been updated. Great place to stay.

Stayed one night. Room was clean and comfortable. Was required to pay a cash deposit but received it back the next morning at checkout after staff inspected the room. No issues, plenty of parking, didn't hear any noise from outside or through the walls. We would stay there again.

The room itself was good! Bed was hard but still a comfortable room! The fridge didnt run correctly so it made a ticking noise all night. When we asked for an extra blanket the evening shift lady was very annoyed that she had to walk across the parking lot to get a blanket... she rolled her eyes, because she had just come from that way. it definitely didnt make me feel good.. I was not aware that she was going to have to do that... but other than that the rest of the people are very friendly. We love staying here!

I really dont understand all of these terrible reviews that I see for this hotel. Is it a 5 star resort? Of course not. But it also isn't advertised to be one, so i'm not sure why everyone's expectations are so high. Its a typical, low-budget hotel. It serves the purpose of a bed to sleep in and a hot shower, at an affordable rate. The bed wasnt the best bed i've ever slept on, but it certainly was far from the worst bed i've ever slept on too. The room was clean and everything we needed it to be. Check in was quick and simple. The front desk staff was nice. Its the perfect, no-frills hotel for anyone seeking simple, affordable accommodations.

This “motel” is badly in need of updating! The evening front desk staff was NOT un-friendly but very ho hum and I felt like I was inconveniencing her. The shower in the dirty bathroom had no cold water!!! Hot water only - it’s 90’ degrees outside, need I say more? I will say the Manger was nice and did move me to another room but did not offer an apology for the inconvenience. If you have other hotel choices I advise booking somewhere else. I believe in the saying “you get what you pay for” so since I was on a pretty tight budget I certainly did get what I paid for!!

Pool was not open/in working order the whole time we were there. Room had a very musty odor-we went out and purchased air freshener to try and help with the smell. Drawers of the furniture had mold in them and were not usable. The jet tub would not drain properly. The place could use some serious updates. If you don’t plan on staying in the room much it would be ok.

1: The bed was firm and the room was clean.
2: The room was large with a refrigerator and microwave
3: The TV was mediocre with a challenging remote
4: The bathroom was good sized and clean, but there are cosmetic issues with the caulk around the tub.
5: They had a self-signed certificate on their network, so phones and computers will complain about the connection.
6: I had to pay 25 cents for a bucket of ice, which I've never had to do before.
7: There were small gaps around the outside door. They need to install new weather stripping.
8: They replaced the stairs to the 2nd floor with ramps, likely for disabled people.
It is a cheap and fairly comfortable room if you just want a place to sleep. Stay away if you expect to spend any time in the room.

The 1st room we were given was dirty. The bath tub was covered in dirt and just filthy. They required a $100 cash deposit since we didn’t book though them. We went to leave at 7:30 Sunday morning and the office didn’t even open till 9am for us to check out and get our deposit. When someone finally showed we had to wait for them to walk our room to get the deposit back. Would not recommend..

The only issues we had was there were ramps in place of stairs, and it sounded like an animal of some kind managed to get into the roof. All in all though, a fairly nice and enjoyable stay, the staff were friendly and helpful, especially when our room lock wasnt working. Great location to boot for not a bad price :D

It was clean but so cold when I got there took a while to warm the room up, remote for the TV didn't work found battery acid on the batteries when I open the back up and all but one night had trouble getting in to my room bed was super stiff and the metal on the bottom would pop everyone I would try to get out of bed it wasn't a bad stay but was not satisfied with my experience

The bathtub was nasty, metal bed frame would make a awful ratchet every time you moved. Ants in the bathroom and bed. My son woke up with bite marks all over him then we found the ants. Over priced room.

The lady working the front counter was extremely rude to us and others. The Mountain View room we had was dirty, stains on bedding, bath towels, floor and ceiling, the mini fridge didn’t work, the shower has mold growing up under the caulking, the shower also didn’t get hot barely warm. And the bed. Wow what a heap of crap. My body is so sore I woke up the second night with a rash all over my body.
