Excellent Value for Money. My only complaint is the safe in our room did not work and the pole for drawing the curtain had detached from the curtain. Otherwise, lovely hotel, lovely staff and very clean.

Its usually an excellent hotel, but on this occasions it was very disappointing. Waited an hour and 15 minutes to get served after ordering in the sideline. Got a room beside the storage room for the housekeeping and they were banging around in there from early. Disappointing for usually a great hotel.

We had a pleasant two night stay at The Croke Park Hotel. Check in was easy and the room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel felt and looked like a four star. We didn’t spend much time in the hotel really but everything looked nice from what we saw. A 10 minute walk into the city centre.

high price value for the room condition, expecially if a compare with the other hotel I staid the 3 nights in advance. Old room conditions, needs paper wall and moquette floor renovation, and need better cleaning (deep type of cleaning). besides, it was a VIP booking, but disappointing to do receive anything.

Amazing stay at this ideally located hotel. Within walking distance on a lovely morning into the city.
Staff were courteous and polite and had a very high standard of customer service. The breakfast was excellent with a good and varied choice of continental and cooked items.
Will definitely return and stay there.

The hotel was clean and it’s a really nice hotel. Staff were a little hard to understand . My biggest disappointment was that they went to charge me again and quickly apologized and I realized had I booked through the hotel with parking it would have been $60 cheaper.

Unfortunately we only got to stay 1 night but i have to say the experience was excellent. If staying over in Dulin anytime soon, it will be top of my list of Hotels to stay in.

Everything was fine with the stay. Main complaint was when "parking available" is indicated, i wasn't expecting to pay 15Euro/night to park. It should read Fee for parking. I specifically picked this hotel as because of parking. Other hotels indicate there is a fee. Then had to stop by deask to have ticket validated every time we left.

We were guests there with my children and there spouses. We are from the US. The staff at the front desk were polite, helpful, kind and patient. The breakfast was delicious and the apple juice tasted like fresh pressed apple juice. It was my daughters birthday and the breakfast staff helped us sing Happy Birthday to her. Michael was working at the front desk and at 2 am I was working on a project in my room and called down to Michael and asked for some tape. He said I will send it right up. There was a knock on the door and upon opening the door, I found Michael with some tape and a smile. I will remember that superb guest service!

Lovely hotel and very clean. I checked in online before arrival and I collected my keycard at reception. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was a good size with toiletries & water
We stayed 2 nights and opted for the breakfast, good variety of food @€15 per person if booked with reception the day before A lot of parking at the hotel, underground @€15 per day
I would definitely stay here again.

A great spot for convenience when attending events at Croke Park. However, given that the hotel is part of the Doyle Collection, we were a little shocked by the rooms. The lobby was lovely and so were the bars/restaurants but the rooms and specifically the bathrooms were very basic and didn’t match the 5 star vibe that the rest of the hotel gave. The mattress honestly was rock hard, we woke up in pain from how solid it was. Some staff were incredible and so accomodating. Others just couldn’t really be bothered which was a shame. Overall was a good stay but only for the convenience. It took us approximately 20 minutes to walk to our room from Coldplay which was amazing!

I ordered some food after concert on Sunday night , Food was horrendous, burger was cooked I’d say 6 hrs previously for barbecue that was earlier, it was cold , burned , bun soggy and wet , chips were inedible , cold, hard, burnt and absolutely gross, shocking to say the least,

Very disappointed with the bar - lacking in warmth/coziness - no cocktails being served when we arrived back to the hotel despite the bar being almost empty !

very clean hotel and strategic position. I can only give the structure a very high rating. very courteous staff. the only negative aspect is the cost of parking paid €25 for one night: absolutely not in line with the other structures visited (even in Dublin itself) that made me pay exactly half.

It was an amazing stay. We were there for 2 nights and it couldn't have been a more wonderful experience. We were truly surprised by the Executive Lounge we had access to and the room itself had all the amenities we needed during our short stay in Dublin. Absolutely delightful! The food was delicious as well.

Hotel itself is fine, on the soorstep of Croke Park Stadium. However, it is about a 20 minute walk from city centre if that is what you are looking for. No issues with the hotel, was a nice stay.
