Because of your booking error all the handicap rooms were given out even though I reserved one because I am totally lame on one leg and need bars to get up…I had to take the elevator to the first floor during the night so I won’t fall….they did get me my booked room tge second night…this is a hotel.com booking over booking …not wonderful for the truly handicapped

Nice hotel in a business/residential area. Not many dining options within walking distance but several,places are just a short drive. Try to get a room on the front side of hotel as there is a very busy noisy road just behind it.

I was a little bummed that the pool and hot tub weren't working, but I understand why. (Pipe burst.) Other than that, the little fridge in my room needs recalibrating, as it wasn't very cold. When I first walked in, it was opened, which caused the "freezer" part to thaw.
Also, the spray from the shower head is so wide that even with the curtain closed, it would create a pool of water on the floor. I had to use a towel to soak it up each time I showered.
Other than these two minor issues, the room was great and the hotel was quiet. Thank you.

I was very disappointed to learn on arrival that the pool and hot tub were nonfunctional. It’s the only reason I booked a room at this hotel. And no compensation was offered.

The man who works with the breakfast is very good. I also like the room design, especially bathroom design. The only thing I don’t like is the sound of closing doors, too loud. Other than that, everything is great!

The breakfast on the first morning was terrible. It was cold, and the worst i have had at a Holiday Inn Express. Our room temperature control was also messed up. When it was set at 69 degrees, it got to over 80 degrees. We had to set it to 63 degrees in order to make it comfortable.
