Great little hotel in a perfect location in Palermo.

This is a boutique hotel in a great location. The A/C in the rooms is fantastic and it was needed as our visit was during record temps. It does not have the top quality service of the larger hotel BA hotels but the staff are very helpful and friendly

Perfect location in heart of Palermo Soho… just lovely little picket of wonderfulness! Great little pool on rooftop terrace to cool off in the summer heat, too. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, charming boutique hotel in the heart of Palermo Soho. Stellar location, incredibly walkable, just a bit noisy overnight (street noises, pubs nearby, other guests coming in late and slamming doors shut). Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Staff were lovely and spoke English. Traveled with my husband and toddler. Would recommend. Thanks.

We stayed at Nuss 5 nights and it was an awesome choice, great place! The hotel is located in the heart of Palermo Soho with many stores, coffee shops, bars, restaurants closeby. The metro station Plaza Italia is also nearby located 7 blocks away from the hotel. The hotel itself is great, the bedding is great, the shower, the room, the soundproofing, everything was really nice. The staff is really polite and helpful (big thanks to Juan!) And last but not least, the breakfast dont have suge a large variety but its good and every food/fruit and drinks has great quality, the croissant is the best i’ve had in my life!

Excellent and very friendly hotel in the best neighborhood. The room was super comfortable and extremely clean. The front desk staff was so wonderful, especially Juan. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, breakfast requires some improvement as it is simple as it could be. On the other side there are plenty of options nearby for food and entertainment.

A very nice boutique hotel with a great roof top. It’s almost in the center of Palermo Soho which is an awesome area. The rooms are nice, but a bit small and missing a work table if you need to work on your lap top. The pool was not very clean. Breakfast was perfect and the gym was ok.

Our flight back to the States got cancelled and we found out as we were boarding our flight back to Buenos Aires from Mendoza. Immediately we know that we had to stay in the same hotel as we did last week - the Nuss soho. It was Juan Manual who was the reason for this - he is the absolute kindest man and goes out of his way to ensure your stay is perfect. We came back here for him!

We had a good stay, the location was great. The room was good. The bathroom had a strange bad odor the last day.

The location of the hotel is great! It’s nice that the rooms have outlets to suit plugs from other countries, the bathroom is nice and the room is fine. The walls are thin so you hear a lot from outside and from the elevator. My biggest issues were the internet is not sufficient to do basically anything. I had video conferences for work and it was impossible to get a decent connection. There are a lot of places around like cafes and such with WiFi but with the time zone some of my calls were very late at night. Not the best to be walking around at 10pm with your laptop. The other issue was I left to work from a coworking space that did have decent internet and I was out all day and I get back at night to my room and my door was OPEN! To my room- for how long no one knows - it doesn’t make you feel very safe. Especially when I asked the desk and they really didn’t know must have been after the housekeeping service- that was many hours. They said I guess you can talk to the manager tomorrow- didn’t know what to do and no one contacted me at all to apologize for their lack of security or care.

Loved Nuss Hotel in Buenos Aires! Location in Palermo can't be beat, bed was the most comfortable we had in more than two weeks in Argentina. Staff were friendly, helpful, and all spoke English well. Facilities are in great condition. "Pool" was a bit of a disappointment but roof terrace in the treetops was great.

Not only is this boutique hotel in a great area with comfortable rooms, but the Manager and Reception Staff went out of their way to help with a reservation problem. Wonderful service and I would have no hesitation in returning or recommending the hotel to others. Breakfast is good with all the usual cereals, toast, pastries, fruit with eggs and bacon cooked to order. There are lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance, with lots of interesting street art to see along the way. The streets and restaurants and bars come alive late, and we felt perfectly safe walking back to the hotel along (along the main streets) after midnight or 2am. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Nice boutique hotel in the heart of trendy Palermo Soho, The room is big and comfortable. Location couldn’t be better if you want to be in the younger, trendier part of Buenos Aires, and the staff have been super nice and helpful. I’ll definitely come back

First, the neighborhood. Palermo is the place to stay. Cafes and restaurants with outdoor seating are broken up by small boutiques. We walked endlessly and everywhere. The hotel is small. Rooms are pretty standard - nice. Lobby and small cafe for breakfast were fine. Nice rooftop deck to relax. The staff was great. Thoughtful and helpful. We stayed one night and then stored our luggage for two days while we went to Iguazù. When we returned to Buenos Aires we were late for dinner with friends and got to the hotel after 2am. They not only had us checked in, but they had our bags in the room for us. Outstanding!

Location is great if a little bit noisy. The room was nice, clean & quite stylish with a comfortable bed. The swimming pool was very small.

The Nuss is a fantastic boutique hotel. Only 22 rooms so they really focus on service. The manager Martin was wonderful. The front desk staff all spoke English and were helpful. Andrea in the breakfast area goes to extra lengths to be helpful. You can order eggs and bacon to go with the cereals, breads, yogurts, fruit salads and meat and cheese platters. My only minor complaint is that the coffee wasn’t very good and they charge for espresso. Our room was huge! I asked if we were upgraded but we weren’t. Incredible! The bedding and towels were top quality. Ask at the front desk to borrow converters if you’re a foreigner. They handed over 5 and asked if we needed more. We asked them to empty the minibar so that we could stock big bottles of water from the market. The rooftop was great for relaxing on the lounge chairs or dipping into the small pool. We didn’t use the gym but it looked good and the attached sauna was clean and new. The neighborhood is lively. Some nights you’ll have to wait for a table at a restaurant at midnight. There are incredible restaurants within a ten minute walk. We never tried the ones right around the hotel because it was fun checking out the streets around. The scene right around the hotel was a bit young for me, All of the streets are tree lined. Walking home at 2am with my son, it was always safe in this neighborhood. Great location. Small hotel, very well appointed. Breakfast included, and it's very good. WiFi is not the best, nor TV channels, but then again you don't come to Buenos Aires to watch TV Staff is attentive, and helpful.

Clean quiet hotel. Great for walking to restaurants or shops. Hotel staff are very pleasant. A great feature is the breakfast which is included everyday.
