Özellikle de karşılaştığımız kadın personelde tuhaf bir davranış bozukluğu mevcut idi. Basit bir talebi genelde, çok büyük bir hale getirip bizleri oradan oraya bağlayarak uğraştırdılar. Sizlerden gelen rezervasyon güncelleme talebini defaen görmedikklerini belirtmelerine istinaden yeniden rezervasyon yapmak mecburiyetinde kaldım. 6. katta bulunduğumuz esnada, 3 gün boyunca çok berbat bir koku mevcut idi. Genelde ücretsiz olarak verilen ürünler dışarıda sergilenirken (su, çerez), çerezlerin paralı olduğunu öğrendik. Var ise de bununla ilgili bir bilgilendirme, 2 yetişkinin gözüne çarpmadı. Yeri zaten tuhaf bir yerde; ancak güzel yönetimi olsa tercih edilebilir bir mekan olurdu.

My family stayed at the hotel to attend a wedding. It was a wonderful experience. They upgraded our rooms, we were allowed to check out later and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend to stay at Best Western Premier Karsiyaka!

smelt all the time food was horrible

it was clean with all basic room provisions for the guest. Nice breakfast !

I checked-in to my room, at midday, while my wife would leave the city at 17.00 for business responsibilities. Dispite the fact that we had already arranged with the concierge for a taxi to drive her to the airport at 15.30, the stuff did not let her come to the room for this 2,5 hours period to rest, to fresh-up, etc. First time experience thoughout my traveling life, to let the wife of a freshly arrived customer to sit at the lobby for 2,5 hours.

We entered the hotel to checked in and aggressive reception. They gave us top floor(8th), it was very hot and they act everything is ok. After 1.5 hour nothing changed. We asked about problem they said we open air condition for 8th floor and again nothing changed. When I went to reception the guy was angry to me. And everyone in the hotel act everything was normal. Anyway we were planning to rest 2 hours, we just got stressed. At the end they gave us new room in 7th floor, because there were no chance to stay in that room. we stayed in that room 3 hours. bathroom was not clean.

Very clean, great beds, great food.
