Our stay was good, the breakfast was adequate and the location excellent. The staff were lovely. Unfortunately the price of the room went up dramatically from the spring to the fall. We feel it was too expensive for the price, and lacked in amenities.

This hotel was really nice and clean. Staff was professional, welcoming and prompt if needed anything. Breakfast and the gym was the bomb! We truly enjoyed our stay.

Great location, friendly staff. Rooms are decent but the policy of only cleaning every other day is poor. We stayed 4 days and in that time the maid only visited once. I had just got out of the shower so had to send her away. Which meant 4 days with 2 towels, 2 sachets of coffee and no bed linen change - not great.

Property and staff were good. Room and bathroom starting to show some age. Breaksfast quite basic - I have had more selection (fruit, yogurt, bakery items) at other Hampton Inns. Breakfast staff worked hard...i appreciated their effort.

Absolutely love the location! A delicious pizza place right next-door called Carnegie! The hotel room was clean, management downstairs was friendly and quick with check in! Had a great couples weekend! Would stay again! it’s right next to Times Square! But still out of the way for a bit of privacy.

Very good location, ok room, ok breakfast but absolutely terrible service. No one smiled at this hotel! The receptionists were almost angry all the time and very very slow.
At the check out we saw one girl that smiled and knew what she was doing. Otherwise they were terrible.
We had to ask many times to be able to get our room done and change the towels. Have never experienced such a thing.

The location was great. We were able to walk to all the shows and get to many sights. The staff was friendly and attentive. After checking in I called about not having a refrigerator and one was brought to the room within a few hours. The hotel was quiet. There was a security guard out front in the evening and doors and elevator were key locked adding a second layer of security. It was nice to have breakfast provided each morning. The breakfast was changed up each day,

This property was in a great location for any tourism. We were able to walk to most of the items that we wanted to see and would stay there again. However, the morning breakfast and lobby situation is quite crazy. We ended up just grabbing breakfast outside of the hotel one morning because it is nuts so prepare yourself.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel because it was close to Time Square which I loved the location.

Not nearly enough, nor large enough, elevators for the volume of guests. Bathroom sliding door had large gaps on all sides. (Who wants to hear other people taking care of business echoing throughout a room?) Smoke detector flashes a green light bright enough to lighten the room 24 hours a day. Satellite TV feed was nothing but lags and delays. Staff was friendly and responsive. Location very convenient.

Hotel was clean, close to Times Square, staff was friendly. The free breakfast is also great as most days we were off to an attraction and didn’t have time to get breakfast. Also had 3 elevators and roof top view. Only complaint was no creamer in the room so just pick some up in lobby before you head up!

Breakfast area when Hotel busy or highly booked is out of control. Need to be overthought by taking out or moving out or rethink usage of machines that create the lines up and to reduce waste. Also a manager or equivalent need to be monitoring the breakfast area specially the last 1-2 hours. Allocate more staff to help in this short period.

This is great place to stay if you want to be near Times Square or see a Broadway play because both are within walking distance. This is a easy pickup/drop off point for Uber. Subway station is just down the block too. Staff is amazing and will do everything they can to make sure you have a great stay.
