had a really great time staying in cocoon suites. the location was really great, with a nice balcony w/ a great view. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would def come back here for a relaxing weekend in Santorini.

Excellent service. Room is amazing. There was an outdoor bath as well as wonderful sea view. I spent a whole afternoon there. The hotel was not located at main street, I needed to park my car near a restaurant and walked ~5 mins to the hotel, but no worry luggage, porter would help us. The parking lot was for public, and parking spaces were very limited, so better to call hotel's staff for help. But, I got parking problem again after I went out and back...

Amazing view, amazing service, amazing room. What would make it better - transparency of booking a transfer to the ferry port. Thinking it was exclusively for us, planning that with time to the ferry. Instead it was us as the first pick up, then 3 additional pick ups, creating a lot of anxiety on if we will make our ferry. Considering there were 3 pick ups, an exclusive taxi probably would have been the same price.

Excellent service and views. Rooms were very clean, updated, spacious. Loved the cave shower, the grand cave suite was amazing!! Spent the entire day out on the deck with the amazing views, did not want to leave!! Will definitely recommend to everyone who goes to Santorini

The room was very spacious and pleasant. Nevertheless, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the ventilation on our terrace. The staff was perfect.

The positives: Nice views and great sunset. Room was large. We had a nice jacuzzi in the grand cave suite. Staff were friendly and helpful. Things that needed improvement: one of the sun loungers was badly stained - not what you would expect for the price. Quite off putting. The breakfast wasn’t great either. I also think they could provide things like a welcome bottle of wine (although they do provide water) given the price. If these things can be fixed then great but if they stay the same its not worth the price ie price is not consistent with the experience.

The numerous steep stone steps without railings that often are wet, and uneven difficult-to-walk pathways in the area make it very difficult to go to and from this property. Please be aware. This is compounded by the fact that there are few taxis in Santorini and public transportation is inconvenient. The hot tub unfortunately broke down during our stay and was not repaired for several days. The shower ran out of hot water for one day. The town also had a blackout during that time. The service was fantastic, but I would stay closer to the main towns where the pathways are better kept and there are more services since we prefer safer stairs, pathways and access to taxis.

The moment we checked in, the room’s TV was not working, hotel staff told us that it will be fixed the next day, so we’re like oh that’s fine. Then the next day it was still not fixed, then the hotel staff mentioned that it was public holiday in Greece so they couldn’t get anyone to fix it, but they could have told us the truth on the first day. Later on that day, we came back to the room and to our horror the ceiling was leaking, they tried to fix but that took the whole afternoon, so we didn’t get to enjoy the room for the whole day. So we just chilled on the public day bed and went for dinner. When we came back the lights are not working due to the leak on the ceiling, this is extremely frustrating. So we paid $500 a night, for a room with no lights to read a book and no tv to watch. We understand that the ceiling leak was an accident due to another hotel above us, but it’s not an excuse to check in to a hotel room this expensive and have the TV not functioning. Please avoid this hotel, very poorly maintained and it was totally disappointing.

hotel room is spacious enough for two, the hot tub facing the volcano is amazing and you can have your breakfast at your room balcony looking at the volcano every morning, definitely recommended place to stay in imerovigli

Santorini (and Cocoon suites) lives up to the hype! Would stay here again without hesitation, even during low season, though Imerovigli is a bit dead, you'll need to go to Fira or Oia for food/shopping options. The jacuzzi tub is an amazing place to watch the sunset, though I wish it were heated (the sun did keep it warm, though). Breakfast is served every morning on the balcony, looking over the caldera. The staff was able to handle all our needs, including scheduling our car rental (they just need 30 min notice!) to pick up/drop off at the local parking lot. Renting a car is highly recommended if you plan to do anything more than walk the local villages and veg on the balcony. Weather in early November was fabulous, a warm high 60F and sunny. One complimentary large bottle of water in the day, which you need because the water is only technically potable. It has a strong soapy taste. This is not the hotel's fault, but I would consider leaving two water bottles per room, or having some free ones available in the main office. One minor design flaw (and our only complaint) is in the bathroom; the shower has a window in it and this results in water getting all over the bathroom. The toilet was completely wet after every shower. Also, the shower drain broadcasts the other nearby room's bathroom noise rather loudly; conversations, singing, etc. NOTE that as with all caldera hotels, there are quite a few stair to navigate. However, the hotel handled our baggage on arrival/depart.

The service/conceirge and cleaners were exceptional. I loved their breakfast menu and assortments. The staff went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend people to stay here. I hope I’ll be back in the future. Nana & Maria the receptionists were so kind and helpful!

I loved everything about the place starting from the fluffy towels and cloud-like bed to the delicious breakfast, amazing sunset views and helpful stuff.

Thank you to all the helpful staff at Cocoon Suites for making our stay relaxing and stress free. The welcome drink and snack was delicious, as was our dinner at the restaurant.

We were just there on our honeymoon and had a fantastic 4 day stay. The staff were very nice and helpful, especially Nana. The view was spectacular and the room was exactly as shown in the pictures. We would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again. The only disappointment was the size of the meals were very small and pretty expensive, but there are so many local restaurants close by with great food for a good price that you can find something for your palette there. 2 thumbs up for Cocoon.

We had a wonderful time at Cocoon, the view from our suite was stunning. Staff were helpful and friendly, they gave great pointers to where to visit and they helped us arrange for renting a scooter around the island. Cocoon was located at Imerovigli, which was not as crowded as Oia smd Fira. We had a wonderful time at Cocoon and we would recommend it to our friends.

Amazing Hotel Super Friendly staff from Nana, Maria, Apostolis, Ergest, Mouza. The chefs that made sure our breakfast was on time according to our choice and served daily on the Balcony overlooking the Caldera which is a view beyond whatever we couldve imagined. Everyone at Cocoon is humble, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable about any needs that maybe of concern and they do it all in stride. We rented an ATV to get around which got you to places like Oia in 20 minutes or less. Close to Firostefani and Fira if you choose to walk and explore. Sunset in Oia is ok but really crowded but I recommend grabbing a seat, food , and wine at the Santo Winery which faces towards the Caldera and you will get a great view of the sunset without all the traffic in Oia. We hated to leave our hotel because of the service and the island as well because of the tranquility but rest assured we will be back soon and it will be at Cocoon Suites.

Accessibility is great. You can walk to Firostefani and Fira. There are nice restaurants nearby. Beautiful sunset and views. Jetted tub is heated and very comfortable. Wi-Fi can be abit stronger though. Service is impeccable.

These suites were recommended to us by our son. We could not have been happier or had a better time. The views were astounding and the staff very attentive to our every need. We hope to come back.

We had an amazing stay at Cocoon Suites! The rooms were great, and service and amenities were top notch. Enjoyed the sunset from our jacuzzi — truly one of the best views on the island! Would highly recommend!!

i have no words except this hotel is perfect. it's picturesque everywhere you lay your eyes on. breakfast was delicious, served every morning on your patio in front of the caldera. it's a bit of a workout to get in this hotel but so worth it. the location is very central, it's imerovigli, you can hike to fira or oia and can easily go to skaros rock. there's a bus stop close by. nana, the front desk manager is very nice. rooms and bathrooms are very clean. love the ambiance, very cave like. our beds and bathrooms are fixed every time we come back from going out and we always get some little treats like cookies, chocolates, etc. overall outstanding customer service in this hotel. we will definitely come back and recommend to friends. this hotel is perfect!

Went here for our honeymoon, and I'm sooooo happy we picked this gem. The staff bent over backwards to make sure we were taken care of. They were all extremely friendly. It is a family owned and run hotel, which gives it a warmth and personal touch that is hard to get at a more corporate establishment. I would recommend this for EVERYONE

My husband and I were upgraded to the grand suite. We enjoyed every bit of it - the pool, the spacious rooms, the cozy bed. We had such a good time. The staff were so great! They were very kind and helpful. They made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The views from the suite are breathtaking! And the breakfast was perfect! Thank you Cocoon Suites! We will be back :-)
