Clean, fully accessible, location, and great service with check in

Loved everything about this apartment! Fantastic staff upon arrival, super comfy and cosy apartment. Had everything that was needed. Perfect for a female travelling for work and perfect location.

You have to check in t Kings and Queens suite hotel but the concierge staff are phenomenal. The apartment is waking distance to great cafes, galleries, restaurants, pubs, the beach and the centre of town. The apartment was very comfortable, great rooms, spacious, scored a bargain and would stay there again.

Great central location, close to everything. Lovely space to spread out and relax. Secure parking. Full kitchen, office space, generous living space. Bathrooms spacious, however, toilet in main room slightly temperamental with its flush.

Veranda is unusable. Even on a warm clear day, there is a large amount of water pooling from the air-conditioning unit. Large bedroom bed too soft, smaller room had comfortable bed but closer to traffic noise.

Ease of access and close to walkway and town. Comfortable and had all the facilities for a nice stay. Also. there were nice cafes nearby particularly the Empire. Bars and restaurants were also easily accessible. Picking up the keys and access instructions excellent.

A bit more information on the operation of the heat pump would have been useful for those of us challenged by such machines. We had to hunt for a tea towel so one left under the sink with the washing up soap and brush would have been good. Some curtains in the lounge may have helped to warm up the place and keep it warm. Overall a great place to stay and the issues noted are just minor.

The photos did not do this apartment any justice! This apartment blew us away. When we arrived we didn't expect the high standard we were walking into. Such a beautiful apartment, and well worth the money we paid for it. From having our own underground car park, to having what felt like our own floor, we were so spoilt and felt so special. The only down side if any, way the fact that all 4 of us used the only shower available, which was in the ensuite. Other than that, warm comfortable beds, warm comfortable lounge/dinning area with a fully equipped kitchen. We will differently be booking again the next time we visit.

The drainage hole out on the balcony is in the wrong place and needs to be put closer to the heat pump. We walked outside and walked straight into a big puddle of water. Lucky there was a water broom to push the excess water to the otherside where the only drainage hole was.

Spacious apartment with plenty of kitchen/living space, secure parking, lift to apartment floor, central location.

This is a great property. It’s super clean, organised and great location in New Plymouth. It’s also a lovely big two bedroom apartment with secure parking. Great to take your bikes as the cycleway is just across the road.

It can be a little noisy with the trucks going past. But this seems to be a common theme for most places in New Plymouth.
