Delightful cottage set in the pretty village of Clearwell, Forest of Dean.
Un chalet de charme situé dans le village de Clearwell à proximité de bons pubs et restaurants. Clearwell Castle, Clearwell Caves, Puzzlewood et Perrygrove Railway sont tous à proximité et la propriété est idéale pour la marche, le vélo et les vacances de courte durée. Une base confortable pour ceux qui veulent explorer les merveilles de la forêt de Dean avec facilité.
Cottage Foxglove dispose de trois chambres, un roi, un double et un jumeau, il dort confortablement six (plus un bébé et jusqu'à deux chiens bien élevés). Le chalet est adapté aux enfants avec un lit de voyage, une chaise haute, un garde d'incendie et des portes d'escalier disponibles.
Il y a un parking à l'avant et une jolie petite cour à l'arrière de la propriété avec un hangar verrouillable pour le stockage de vélo de nuit.

Cosy little get away
A very lovely cottage, comfortable and cosy.
The owner has thought of everything that you could need, a selection of glasses to suit your drinking needs and a fully stocked kitchen with every dish and utensil you will need, a bonus of a selection of tea's and coffee.
A beautiful garden to sit and relax in, games, books and DVD's.......no need to worry that you might have forgotten something...it is all here!
Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect cottage in perfect place
What a gorgeous place. On the outside it looks tiny but inside it’s roomy and cosy and has everything you need for a great stay. The host provided cookies and coffee and teas, and there was shampoo, etc. Lots of information was provided as well about the region. The beds were comfy, the towels were good quality and all you need in the kitchen for a nice meal was there. Such lovely taste too. And it feels like someone’s second home and not just a holiday cottage. We all just loved this place.

great weekend
Many thanks we had a great stay, cottage was very clean and finished to an outstanding level, with the soft tuches of home. We felt really at home in the cottage and its location. kitchen is very homely with enough storage, pots & pans to make it easy to cook what ever we wanted. The beds were really comfortable with firm mattresses which so many hotels get so wrong. lashings of Hot water meant showering was a pleasure. We attended a wedding at Perrygrove farm which was a 3 minute drive or a 30 minute stagger back! We used to live in the forest of dean and have family there who we stay with when we come back. However the cottage was so nice and peaceful we will probably stay with you again when we come up for another extended stay.
This is not a criticism of the cottage purely an observation. the fridge thinks its 747 on take off at times and distracts from conversation around the kitchen table we got used to it and it didn't detract from what was a great stay in a great location but worth a look at.

We all loved staying here ; perfect cottage to join family and great introduction to Wye valley for all of us . Comfortable beds , well equipped cottage in lovely village. Just what needed for relaxing holiday with thoughtful touches - dvds , walking books , toasty stove ... . Will recommend to our mates . Thank you!

Really well equipped cottage perfect for our girls-get-together weekend. Everything spic and span when we arrived and beautifully furnished with lots of lovely finishing touches. Managed to get the wood burner up and running - very cosy? Thanks o much Amanda!

What can I say...thank you for a lovely stay! The cottage was absolutely beautiful and we loved everything about it. It was spotlessly clean, equipped with everything we could have wanted and more and we would love to return again in the future. Have already recommended the cottage to friends and family.
