L'appartamente è in un quartiere residenziale di Trieste, posto a nordest sulla primissima collina. Arredato con ésprit e sapienti giochi di contrasto tra modernismo e mobili artigianali, è davvero accogliente. Punto di forza: una terrazza invitante, piena di piante, che domina tutto il Golfo di Trieste e il suo bellissimo tramonto. La cucina è superaccessoriata (freezer, microonde, bollitore, macchina per il caffé), viene lasciato per gli ospiti tutto quanto occorre per una deliziosa colazione. La proprietaria è un'artista, piena di glamour e di gentilezza.

Naprosto úchvatné místo - název Charm and Chic je stoprocentně výstižný. Bydlení 2 + 1 v tiché čtvrti města v pátém patře moderního domu s výtahem, balkónem a krásným výhledem na moře i na město, i když ne na historické centrum. Byt vlastní a zřejmě i zařizovala umělkyně- výtvarnice, jejíž ruka je znát na každém metru - ale připravila pro nás i výbornou snídani do chladničky. Kuchyně jevybavená od kávovaru po myčku nádobí skoro vším myslitelným komfortem. Pohodlná ložnice a krásný obývací pokoj s hifi soupravou a velkým televizorem.
Paní domácí zapomněla zahrnout do výbavy kuchyně pár hrnců či kastrolů - našli jsme jen Wok pánev. Ale možná jsme jen špatně hledali, kdoví..

The host Cynthia was was really welcoming and helpful, list of nice surprise goodies e.g. cakes and biscuits. Great view across Trieste from the balcony and easy parking.

I like everything about the apartment and the city also... It was my fist time in Italy and this apartment felt like home!

Very tastefully furbished and decorated appartment. Large balcony overlooking the city and bay of Trieste. Cinzia was the most charming host. We had 2 dogs with and the plot was perfect with nearby parks and greens. We could also park our car without extra charge.

I loved the apartment. It was my Home away from Home. I truly loved this apartment furbished with lovely little details and lots of love. Clean, comfortable, with balcony and sea view in a quiet area. Absolutely top and i had a lovely time. Thanks!

There was AC on the living room and the balcony is nice, not so much noise and a good view of the port, city and the see. There is a small but functioning elevator and also a free parking space on the building.
Kitchen: random cutlery items available like in a cheap hostel, the knives were not sharp at all and the pots and pans were not clean. Also, there were no wine glasses!!
Bedroom: it was hot in the bedroom, so we didn't sleep very well...
Bathroom: the shower had cold water only and the drain was somewhat blocked. The toilet brush was very dirty, pretty much unusable and disgusting.
General: parking was very narrow, so a lot of manoeuvres were necessary. Plus, the streets to access the building are very steep - some people might have trouble driving there!

Cinzia is a wonderful, caring host, to the tiniest detail. Arriving late after a day on the road, she welcomed me kindly and left me to enjoy the amazing character deco, comfortable furniture of this boutique-experience apartment, the splendid view from her terrace and a carefully varied breakfast full of good sweet and salty surprises. Enchanting experience!

Easy to park right outside. Beautiful apartment with everything you need. Delish breakfast and a stunning sea view from the balcony. Would defenetly come back. Landlady is an artist. Helpful and proffesional

The view, the deco, the furniture, the lights - the great taste and sense of comfort in everything! The owner is an artist and it shows. Fantastic atmosphere all around!
I didn't like that we had to travel after just 1 night! Would have liked to enjoy the place longer... 😊

Very nice apartment.
It was impossible to find. After two hours of trying by car, we paid a taxi cab driver to lead us to it. Once we were on the right street it still told help from two locals to find it. It is quite far from the center with no restaurants or grocery stores nearby.
