This is our go to stay when going as a couple not with family, its right in the middle of everything needed, food, stores, night life

The room was clean and roomy. The beds were not too bad, but I do prefer a thicker, softer mattress.

Not as loud and bust, compared to all the other hotels on Fremont. Thakn you Wesley for getting a king size room for us. He was very accommodating.

Street noise was loud! Rock Band playing outside on Fremont street 1 block away until midnight both nights, then motorized power washer started cleaning on street directly below us at 5:20 AM.
Ear plugs were provided at the front desk the second night but did little to block out low frequencies. The stay would have been fine other wise.

Always fantastic at the Downtown Grand. Great front desk and service staff. Recent upgrades to casino are appreciated

There was one little light in the bedroom/livingroom
Under the glass on the tables was dirty
All they had to do is slide it forward and clean under it

We loved our stay at the Downtown Grand. Steps away from the Fremont Experience for shopping and casinos. We couldn’t have picked a better location.

It was OK. We had a 1 bedroom suite in the new tower. It was ok. It felt very generic, like a new office space.
The couch was nice and felt new and clean. The bed was not comfortable, nor were the pillows.
Also, the bedroom had no window or natural light. It felt weird.
The location and free parking are nice.
The American Best restaurant was fantastic. The staff was nice.
Overall, it was ok.
I don’t think we’ll stay the night again, but we’ll be back to eat!

The casino was fun except i spent a lot of money on slots and never won. Disappointed about that! The coffee shop people were excellent in service and i was treated so well. The girls and the new guy were friendly, funny and gave quick service! The food at the restaurant was very good and fast. The only negative thing was being solicited every morning. 1 guy in particular was there every morning asking for money or cigarettes. Tall African American with a grey hoodie tied kinda tight. He had on black slippers that were way too small for his feet. Overall, i enjoyed my 10 plus day stay...

Great place to stay but it was a far distance to our rooms from the parking garage. Plus our rooms seemed to not be used for a while so it seemed a little dusty and not fresh. But the staff are amazing there and do there job above and beyond!

I would stay here again - beautiful property -great service - friendly knowledgeable staff.
2 improvements:
Put in a spa for soaking
Install a grab bar in the shower and roughen up the shower floor - the floor in the pan was very slippery with nothing to grab in a fall except a plate glass divider. Could be dangerous especially for seniors.
Other than that totally beautiful

It was great stay. Secure since i was traveling along this was great to find out . You have to have a Keycard from your room to use to get to your room using the elevator.

We love this place. Will definitely stay again. The location is perfect, very close (but not too close) to fremont and everything. The pool area is a must see. Easy check in and parking. Clean hotel and rooms with classical/modern decor. The only downside is a lack of a fridge. The surrounding area is good, mainly becuse they took over the storefronts directory accross from the hotel and added restaurants. Possibly our new favorite LV place since the Mirage closed. Fremont is quickly overtaking the strip as the go-to for fun.

Hi, as we werer there to celebrate my daughter's birthday, II have booked extra for a "majestic studio" shown on picture (nice windows, nice view, red envonment. But when we arrived at the room, it was only a larger basic rom. After askning the reception if that was the wrong room, they only answered "that's the room you have booked"!!!
Bathroom and room are outdated.
Also, cleanliness was so-so.
And when I left, I had been overcharged non-relevant fees whereas most of expenses had been paid or were included in the fare of the room.
In the end, disapointed about my experience.

NB: I am a very picky and peculiar person.
I extended my stay to another 7 days. The check-in process was a breeze, the front desk customer service has been excellent so far, everyone has been caring, respectful and accommodating so far. The room i originally booked was given to someone else, and I went to the front desk to explain that I didn’t like the room I was in due to my personal needs; it was clean butI needed a bigger window, I forgot to ask her name but the nice young lady at the front desk did not hesitate to find me a room which I am extremely happy with and comfortable with. I needed a kettle and I got one, and extending my stay was with no hassle.
I only put 4 stars because I would like a washing machine and dryer but that’s because I was spoiled by the Sonder when I stayed in Los Angeles not too long ago. Also, it’s a no smoking zone but a woman was in the casino smoking cigarettes near the path to and from the front desk. The gallery tower section I’m at now has elevator from ground up makes it easier to carry up my large luggages. I hurt myself a little carrying them up the escalator of the grand tower section I was transferred from, just a heads up for anyone who decides to travel heavy like I do.
Overall, I would recommend the hotel and start here again because the overall experience is really great, and great customer service from the entire staff is rare, their employer should be very proud.

Perfect Stay. Room service would've been great (especially since website says 24-hour room service).

Got surprised and was giving a corner room with great views!
2.0 / 10.0
The room was new and located on the 6th floor. The window faced a wall, making the room quite dark and a bit depressing. On the positive side, it was very quiet; there was no noise compared to complaints about street noise in other rooms. However, the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom was simple but clean. I would not stay here again. Instead, go to Circa—it’s a bit more expensive but worth it.

Had to ask for room to be cleaned and towels they did not come daily.
Told had a credit to room and that restaurants owned by casino and advertised, could visit and charge to room meal to room. This was in accurate info and quite disappointing.
Glad was. Such a close walk to Fremont.

We booked a deluxe king room, but they upgraded us to a “grand king room” which was a good upgrade! the front desk people were extremely helpful, friendly, and super nice! They even gave me and my wife a $20 room credit cause it was my wife’s birthday! The room was clean, everything worked, but my only complaint/ issue is there was ABSOLUTELY no housekeeping the whole 5 days we were there for. A little disappointing but we made it work. Why are you gonna charge a “resort fee” for daily housekeeping but they don’t even come at all?? Make it make sense. Overall, if you’re just looking for a place to sleep, shower, maybe have a drink and explore downtown vegas.. then this is the hotel for you!! The casino is small but they do have table games & a $2 hotdog and beer!
The pool hrs are kinda lame, 9am to 6pm I think.

it was our first time staying there. Casino is small but convenient and clean. we really liked the atmosphere and the restaurant on site was great. Room was perfect for us, we had the king superior room.

That hotel is ok. We were there for 3 nights. Comfort, service, assistance, breakfast, all are more than good. The location of the hotel though, close to Fremont Experience, quite noisy up until very, very late at night. This is why I give a 4-star instead of 5. You will say: there are plenty of hotels in Las Vegas, should have selected another one. Yes, I should have. But I thought that since it was 15 minutes+ away from the strip, it would be less noisy. And we were next to the Mob museum, which was a must on our list to visit.

Not a good experience. The room didn’t grt cleaned our first day. We spoke to the front desk about the phone in the room not being operational, the toilet seat being broken and the shower not draining - no response or action. Went to the pool all the days as we paid a $40 non negotiable resort fee. Not a single staff member present any of those days. No access to towels unless we literally went into the staff only door to retrieve one on our own. Sign saying no outside food or drink and no staff member at the bar to offer anything to eat or drink. Very noisy, could not get served in the hotel restaurant each time we sat there for over 15 minutes with no acknowledgment. Coffee bar ridiculously slow. Would not recommend starting here ever again.

We always enjoy our stay at Downtown Grand. The rooms are clean and in pretty good shape overall. It's fairly loud from outside traffic noise at night, but worth it to be so close to Fremont Street (always something to do there with free live music shows).

This is our second stay here and we really enjoy it for price and location. Our only complaint this time is we called down for extra pillows and our phone didn’t seem to work and housekeeping kept yelling they could barely hear us and then when we finally communicated it took awhile for the pillows to be delivered. That was fine but then the alarm clock went off at 6am and it took awhile to figure out how to shut it off. Housekeeping PLEASE re set alarm clocks in rooms so the next guests don’t have the previous guests wake up calls!! Also, why even have alarm clocks? Everyone has phones. Just throw out alarm clocks. You don’t have keurigs in your rooms, you don’t need ALARM CLOCKS.

Nice place. Fun casino.

We had a really spacious room on the corner of the 19th floor. Great view. Music at night loud but hotel offered earplugs. Nice
2.0 / 10.0
All elevators in the parking garage were not available. Being a solo female traveler, this was unacceptable, having to pull my luggage up and down flights of stairs was not enjoyable, there are a lot of questionable individuals roaming around this area especially at night. It would have been tremendously appreciated if I was notified about the situation upon booking.
