This hotel is less than 2 years old and in pristine condition. Our room was comfy, quiet and spacious, and equipped with all amenities. Truly impressive. The bathroom facilities were quiet. The TV was larger than most with fantastic picture quality.
The only disappointment was the breakfast buffet - the classic mediocre chain hotel offerings with limited choices at that. Seemed inconsistent with the rest of the hotel.

Checked in for 1br suite, it was a studio. No daily cleaning service, alarm clock broken and kept going off. Not bedding supplied for extra sleeping quarters

Me and my family loved staying here it was beautiful, and the hotel was clean, felt safe, and all staff was very friendly and helpful from checking and out and even the food staff everyone was amazing thank you so much!

We requested a pack and play but it did not work. We brought out own just in case, which we ended up using. We really enjoyed the king suite and our stay was wonderful. The breakfast was great too.

Request for adjoining rooms not filled. For a newer hotel lights beside the bed were not working. Pool water dirty. Shortage of towels in the pool area. People working the breakfast area were not customer service friendly. I expected more.

The property was okay. The room was very small with only a skinny closet and two bureau drawers. I did like the fact that there was a mini fridge, microwave and Keurig. They weren’t consistent with freshening the room unless you asked.

The staff were superior! My parents could not stop talking about their friendly professionalism and we actually marveled at their commitment to cleanliness. (We saw an employee break out a spot cleaner for the rug to clean an undetectable stain.) The area around is really going to be a hotspot for hikers, bikers, skiers, etc. as it is right next to Cranmore.

Was a great stay. The hotel was very clean and new. The breakfast had plenty to choose from and the staff were all very pleasant.

Great place to stay right at Cranmore mtn. Only thing lacking was maybe an outdoor pool put they do have an indoor one, and an outdoor hot tub. Continental breakfast was good, and having a bar on site came in handy.

Pleasant , smiling, kind, patient, accommodating dedicating themselves to provide superb customer service. We asked to have a later departure time and was approved without hesitation. Loved the doggie welcome gift. This was the 1st time our dog has gone on vacation with us. He didn't want to go home. The room was spotless without the smell or sight of other dogs hair. (he wants to go back since there was lots of places to walk while admiring the beautiful landscape around the hotel. We look forward to another visit and hope to utilize the pools and hot tubs. Thank you for making us feel special!

Check-in was very easy, and the gentleman was very welcoming. Plenty of parking our room was very nice. The beds were very, very comfortable and the bedding was great. The breakfast offered were very nice. The area is organized and the offerings looked very appealing. everything tasted great. We would be happy to come back and stay at this hotel and enjoy that lovely town.

This hotel is only a couple of years old. Everything is nice and new. I just wish the rooms were bigger. It was pretty small. One downside is that we did not have any cell phone service. We had to use their wifi which is pretty good but no phone service. Mount Washington is only 30 mins away. The little north conway town is super cute. People are friendly.
