Πολύ καλό πρωινό, μεγάλος μπουφές με πολλές επιλογές κι ευγενικό προσωπικό τόσο στον χώρο του πρωινού όσο και στον χώρο της υποδοχής. Τα δωμάτια είναι πολύ μοντέρνα και γενικότερα ο χώρος είναι πολύ καλόγουστος! Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος είναι εξαιρετικά βολική!

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα , ίσως προτιμούσαμε το δωμάτιο αυτής της κατηγορίας που κλείσαμε να ήταν λίγο μεγαλύτερο, παρ'όλα αυτα είμασταν ενήμεροι για τις διαστάσεις του δωματίου κατά την διαδικασία της κράτησής μας. :)

Location, clean, comfortable,

I will start with the most important, the human factor. The staff was excellent. Highly professional and courteous. The facility itself is very clean and the room was of high quality materials. We tried the food and again, delicious. we were positively surprised. Finally the location is also very close to the city center.

Excellent location for the port. The breakfast was good as were the other meals I had in the restaurant. The manager was very accommodating with my request for a late check out.

The air conditioning wasn't working/ switched on. This meant that the room was very hot and the only solution I was given was to open the door which was directly onto a busy road. As a result I had a poor night sleep - too hot or too noisy. No milk was provided for the coffee machine although the staff were happy for me to take a small jug from the restaurant. The system for operating lights and other equipment in the room was quite difficult to work out. I wasn't able to get the TV to operate as a smart TV and therefore viewing options were limited.
